Food quality in this hotel very bad, hotel is old building & cost of hotel room rent is very high and check in time is not good, only 12 hrs 11am check in 10-00 am check out it’s very bad for the restaurant

Very bad experience, toiletries were not provided, towels were torn and old and shabby too, the attitude of the staff is very rude, breakfast not as expected and as per the cost, rooms are also not green for the price that we paid

Property is located on the 4th floor of a shopping complex. Stay is below average as they have provided torn bed sheets and towels with holes. Breakfast options are very minimal, only good thing is they serve fresh breakfast when asked for. Basic toilet accessories were available and tea kettle is also there. Overall average stay.

The hotel is not worth platinum standard for which they charge. I don’t mean they charge more. The cleanliness is not at all good. They don’t ensure room is absolutely hygienically cleaned. This is for room number 412. Complete furniture needs replacement as it’s too old and is not even polished, and damaged. Windows are dirty. You can’t get hot water after two minutes of shower even when settling is maximum. Bathroom and the doors are absolutely shabby. The cock on the basin is operating well, but looks very dirty as it’s too old. Even the common lift carpet may be changed the hotel owner as it’s completely torn and shabby. Overall review is 4/10. If the owner spends $500, everything can be arrested.

Hotel provided good stay with only basic facilities. Hotel did not provided lunch or dinner facilities, otherwise it is good experience at all

Cleanliness was not upto the mark, even kettle was rusted, hot water which was served had mud into it. Staff was not supportive.

This is my 2nd stay at same property, couple of week before property was full & over priced due to india pakistan match but luckily we got booking, although price slightly higher. But experience was improved then last year. Rooms were clean

buffet breakfast memu was ok but bread toast was not available, tea counter was not there they were serving on request which disappointed me. First day we got tea in paper cup then 2nd day in proper cup.
