Mariner Inn

The location of the hotel is close to the beach. The room is clean. There are very limited services and no tea or coffeee was provided.

Room had a smell. Beds are very small. Older hotel with no extras. Located across from the seawall so I’m sure they are very busy which makes it hard to maintain. Overall good value if you want the location.

Property was clean, and the staff was nice, but the ac didn’t work properly, and the water in the shower was nonexistent. Literally took my wife 30 minutes to get the shampoo out of her hair. Also they stopped coffee at 9am and also no coffee pots in the rooms. You’d think they would keep the coffee going till checkout. You get what you pay for I guess, although it really wasn’t that cheap.

Place was in a great location. A little dated but overall it was great for a nights sleep while being right on the water.

Don’t leave a cash deposit you won’t get it back and we didn’t get receipt Room key did not work got another one after 30 minutes of frustration finally got the door to open will not stay there again

The beach front property has great dining options around and within walking range of the pleasure pier but on the other hand is poorly maintained and they ask for a 100 deposit in case you smoke inside the room . Wish this was disclosed before I booked the room .

After all the money I had paid to stay there for several months, the property always had cigarettes all over the grounds, trash was everywhere and never cleaned up. The staff was ok up until I was trying to get everything out of the room. The lady from the front desk was rude and even called the police on me! I told her that by the time they arrive here, I will have everything out of the room and be gone from here. The next thing was what I had been told about the prices for the room. Back in the middle of February I was told that they won’t be having any weekly rates anymore not to mention that I was told that the room would cost me a ridiculous amount of money such as $300 per night! That was so not true because ******* stated that the cost would be $74 per night! I always go by what I have shown and not told! ******* is the best but when it comes to the pricing, run away from here! If you are going to pay $300 per NIGHT, then stay at the San Luis Resort! It is far better and the staff is really nice and great to talk to.

Great location. Right across the street from the beach. It is within walking sitance to Pleasure Pier.
