Excellent hotel, brilliant staff very modern hotel, no expense spared in its build, super comfy bedrooms and bathrooms. Great gym, sun terrace with pool. The staff are the most helpfull I have ever come across, we ate 3 fantastic meals on their recommendations all in walking distance from the hotel. Spa is very good and after spending an hour in the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi we had a truly worldclass massage. Well done to all the staff at Biancodonda you made our stay even more special

This hotel is one of the most pleasant surprises on our travels in recent years. We are traveling in a group with friends and it is important that we all have the same or similar rooms. In this hotel it was not a problem. A very warm welcome upon arrival, quick check-in and then enjoyment. Spacious room, perfectly decorated, large bathroom... No expense was spared during the construction and furnishing of the hotel. From the underground garage (very important because the hotel is located in the centre of this beautiful city) and the spa centre, all the way to the pool on the top-roof terrace. Great breakfast with lots of local specialties (I love the pasticiotte). However, the greatest asset of this hotel is the staff. From the reception, the bar, to the cleaners, everyone is very friendly and ready to help. In particular, I would like to thank Mrs. Adriana and to the hotel director for their kindness and friendliness during our entire stay. We all already miss the morning cappuccino that Giulia prepares so well. We could be back tomorrow, who knows. I can only warmly recommend this hotel. The service was super, Adriana and her colleagues do everything to make you feel very welcome with a personel touch. Good recommendations for restaurants, excellent breakfast with eggs to order, fresh orange juice and a friendly smile! Location is perfect, just a short walk (5 minutes) to the old town with numerous nice (fish-)restaurants.

Perfect stay: Great breakfast, amazing terrace and pool area with sea view and friendliest Staff! The bed was more than comfortable. We were invited to Use the amazing private spa which was an absolute Highlight! Grazie!!

An unbelievably relaxing experience in the heart of magical Gallipoli. Wam and welcoming staff, especially Alfredo. Walking distance to the harbor, the old city, and fine dining and shopping. The rooftop pool was an added attraction with nighttime swimming under the stars. The rooms were very spacious and well-appointed. The staff was extremely attentive snd took strides to ensure our comfort. Highly recommended.

This place is magnificent! Everything is extremely new and high tech so it might take you a few minutes to learn how to turn on the lights and shower, but everything shines and the service can't be beat. The breakfast is the best you will find and the location is ideal for anyone exploring the Gallipoli area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was modern and every thing was in top order. Roof top pool with great water views. Location to the old town 5 min walk. All the staff were accommodating during in our stay, breakfast with a good range. 12 Late checkout. Very accommodating in every aspect.
