This is a great hotel for an overnight (or brief) stay near Venice Airport. It is a nice, spacious property, and very well maintained.The room was clean and comfortable. Service was very good, and there is a full morning breakfast spread. Very good shuttle service to airport (book it at front desk for 8 euro). Strong wifi signal throughout the property.

我住了很多家酒店，從來沒給過這麼差的評價，我給差評的原因是： 1.酒店衞生差：可以看我的圖片，浴缸裏很臟，好多黑色的臟東西，完全不敢用，床單上也很多污漬 2.前台態度差：我們預約了酒店接機，給前台打電話，才説了兩三句，他直接不耐煩的掛電話，第一次碰到前台直接掛客户電話的，後面沒辦法，我們又打了兩個電話，總算説明白了，後面酒店登記入住以後，給前台打電話問wifi密碼，也是直接掛我們電話 3.酒店不人性化：我們來意大利這天，意大利全國罷工，我們被困在威尼斯小島上出不去，就想退酒店，酒店怎麼都不同意，我們沒辦法，衹能花很多錢租那種遊艇開出威尼斯小島，我覺得如果碰到罷工這種不可抗力，應該要給我們退的 這家酒店讓我對意大利印象都不好了

Good arrangements with shuttle buses to airport and city. Good bathroom mirror. No socket next to one of the beds

The bathroom had unclean grout in the shower. when i informed management by showing picturies, I was given a shower that leaked. I showed a video of water leaking on floor from between the shower and tub at the seam. I wish I had stayed at my second choice of hotel. The bed was comfortable.

The property is clean and quiet.Although it’s is 25 mins from the center they provide shuttle service every 20 mins and also from the airport.The front dest personnel are very helpful.Behind the property is a Japanese restaurant if love eating sushi perfect place for you.Definitely stay here again when I come back in Venice.

Debora at Reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful and so were the staff at the daily buffet breakfast. We did not like that the only alternative dining was a Japanese restaurant beside the hotel. The shopping mall described as near the hotel is some 30 minutes away by walking. The hotel is some 30 minutes away from Venice. Book your transfer with the hotel though their transfers don't start until 9:30 am so it cost us 60 Euros by taxi to get to Venice early. The hotel doesn't provide transfers to the train station. Aside from the hotel not being located in a more central location, it is a good place to stay and it's a bonus that the restaurant opens at 5:30 am for breakfast.

Went to restaurant for dinner. Lasagna had clearly been reheated in microwave as middle was very cold. Sullen waiter offered me something else however I didn’t want to take the chance at that point.

The air conditioning was broken and it was miserable. I had to call multiple times to the desk for them to unlock the AC to our room. Also I tried to open the drapes on the window and it fell down on my head. Front desk employees were very rude and not empathetic.

Incredibly helpful staff. Shuttle back and forth to the airport saving a minimum of 60 euros by not using a taxi We took the train into Venice and the train back. The train is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and cost $2.50 to go to Venice.

Easy walk from the train station. Walkable area for shops and restaurants. Absolutely fantastic sauna and steam room to relax after travel.

I loved the space after staying in small places. It’s distant from main train station but local station is a 10 minute walk. The restaurant across the street, Bavaria, was very nice. Relaxed atmosphere, really good food. The bathroom was large considering. Big city standards, shower was nice and mattress. Staff was very helpful aldo
