Good hotel, very spacious and well located. Breakfast plentiful, swimming pool for post ski day cooldown or recovery. Night skiing available on peak season. Photo of pool and room with view at night.

The room r clean as what we pay for. The amenities is share basic for the onsen need to be pay services charge for the towel, kids above 140 subject adult surcharge! Hidden cost compare to other hotel which we stay before. Most important is the bus shuttle provided is so limited seat and time slot!! And the service guy *** introduce us go outside hotel service such as dining in the ice room. Unhappy things happen the meat we order cannot been cook after boil more than 5 to 10min even 20min! And so many amenities which hotel have the best he told us hotel food taste average!!! The management still look into this staff!

Weekend trip. Great location at the foot of all lifts to the mountain. Had a few good runs. Really well maintained and staffed ski resort. Very efficient lifts, lots of well trained staff to ensure that skiers of all levels are looked after. Hotel was clean and well equipped. Good staff. We will be back

The hotel is clean and the staff are very helpful and informative about the ski resort on how to rent all the snowboard equipment.

The hotel is great staff are friendly and accommodating. Location is right in front of the skiing and snowboarding slopes couldn’t ask for a better location would highly recommend the hotel.

Overall GREAT value for people who want to ski with a cozy and comfortable place to rest. Includes breakfast, one ski session per day of stay, equipment (boots helmet and skis or snowboard) and one time hot spring. Easy access to the small village with shops (mostly for winter sports and a couple of convenience stores), and restaurants, and the ski center. Everything is convenient with services and staff attention of outstanding quality. Room are a little outdated, however, you soon find it to be unimportant. Great for couples, families and friends traveling together

連續三年來長白山，每次都住在萬達錦華。跟度假區裏的其他酒店相比性價比非常高，行政酒廊王如娟小管家講解權益細緻、清晰，辦理入住很快，也按照我們的需求安排了離電梯很近的房間。酒店內部温馨舒適，打掃人員熱情周到。早餐也是種類多樣。屬實推薦各位來萬達不知道選哪個酒店的朋友們

之前已經來過好幾次，這次錯峯出行，選擇錦華。 位置絕佳，緊鄰滑雪場，步行幾分鐘就能開啟滑雪之旅，錯峯出行人不多，早上的雪道山頂還有霧凇，風景獨好，房間窗外便是雪道。晚上的小火鍋品類還算多，體驗不錯。客房主管張雨服務貼心，熱情周到 ，有需求都可以滿足，有問題也能及時回覆非常nice ！

萬達度假區整體比較完善，套票含滑雪，水樂園，温泉，主要是雪場距離酒店還是商業街都很近，特別方便。早晨樣式也是豐富，能夠滿足不同口味的需要。服務人員都很熱情。尤其是客房服務員馬美鳳特別親切，見面總是熱情的打招呼。對於我們的需要也是有求必應。把我們的房間整理得整潔乾淨。為我們贈送的暖貼，使我們在滑雪時不至於寒冷，下次來還要到六樓找馬阿姨為我們服務，有她在的地方都充滿温馨，下次還會來這裏。

酒店位置很好，在小鎮中心，穿過餐廳就是雪場服務中心，房間權益很多，滑雪每夜都有一次，還是非常划算的，辦入住的時候前台服務員劉雪薇服務非常的熱情，耐心。 還幫助我們領取了權益，酒店設施非常的好，有KTV、游泳池、健身房，行政酒廊設計的也不錯，坐窗邊下午茶可以看到雪場初級道，房間空間不錯，衞生收拾的很乾凈，住的非常舒適，出來玩選擇錦華度假酒店是一個不錯的選擇
