設施老舊，環境很一般，平日裏很便宜，趕上開齋節價格暴漲，連洗澡水都不怎麼熱

前台是菲律賓人，很熱情的菲律賓妹子，酒店在富查伊拉的市區，距離富查伊拉古堡很近，路程十五分鐘左右，海灘附近

對面就是大海，非常適合看海上日出，景觀好

I spent a wonderful New Year's Eve at this V hotel from December 31st to January 7th, 2024. Check-in on December 31 at 22:00 was quick. Room 418 on the 7th floor was spacious, clean, without any foreign odors. The sound insulation is good, the room was quiet. The room was serviced every day. Towels were changed every day. The linen is very clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable, odorless. The shower cabin of course requires replacement and plumbing (shower), the shower was leaking. The food is delicious, a large assortment. I didn't use the pool. The beach is 700 meters from the hotel. The beach is clean. Very convenient location of the hotel with amazing sea views! In general, I put 5+!!! Thanks to the hotel administration for their hospitality! I recommend the hotel for a family stay.

We stayed in this hotel for our special occasion with our 6 months old baby , as it faces the beautiful sea , but unfortunately the experience turned out to be one of the worst ones , on the day on check in we found blood stains on the wall , sheet not very clean , cockroaches all over the room (inspite of telling them before coming , my baby crawls ), one cockroach stayed on the cloth line holder dead through out our stay , the telephone doenst work in one bedroom to make a call even if u r sleepy has to get up to go to other room to make a call . We called to meet a manager , but the receptionist (a gentleman with specs ) told the hotel doesn’t have a manager, how is it possible to have a hotel with 200 plus rooms without a manager , all they do is send one room attendant who came to solve our problem with a supervisor (well both of them were good enough ) but this issue is big to be solved by a supervisor only … anyway I can only say not an experience to remember. HR manager met us at the end on our day of leaving where she spoke about resolving our issues and will be contacting us , hoping to get an answer.

The hotel location was nice which is near to the beach. I have the room viewing the sea which is relaxing to see specially when sipping a coffee in the morning. The room was already old but cleanliness was well maintained.

Stay was very nice and very comfortable.we enjoyed lots.very clean and neat property.buffet breakfast was nice.food taste also very good.the ambiance and the overall service also excellent...thank you so much to the entire team....
