Premier Inn Frome

We wanted to add an extra night to a weeks holiday with my elderly parents. We are regulars of Premier Inn, and always stay in Warrington on our way up to Scotland. Frome Premier Inn was much busier!. Dinner took 2.5 hours which was a challenge with my senile father. It took ages to get any food, and then I got the wrong drink which took ages to replace. The disabled room was also a long walk down 2 corridors which didn’t seem to make much sense! The staff are always friendly and helpful though, and we didn’t mention any issues as they were doing their best. The room was comfy and clean, and quiet for a good nights sleep.

Stayed for two nights for Longleat Safari Park and it’s ideal for that. Room just fine and beds very comfortable. Book for Beefeater which is good. Food and drinks really good but very slow service. Was full when we were there though and I think it was under staffed for that.

A lovely, spotlessly clean room by Sophie and Ellie and friendly service at reception. Ideal for a stop over before heading to Centreparcs for the weekend. Pub next door for an evening drink and breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay again

Friendly staff, good breakfast with plenty of choice, poor wifi. Good parking and easily accessible location.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Reception staff very nice. Room standard except it had two single beds instead of a made up couch. Vast improvement. Clean but I little tired. Cleanliness is most important though. Good parking. Used the Beefeater restaurant attached. Not great for breakfast and absolutely dreadful in the evening. Do not use it. Poor food everything sticky. And don’t look at the carpet. I complained about our meal and the girl just ran off. Complained to the manageress on the way out but not worth the bother. Would stay in the hotel again but not use the restaurant.

Bed comfy, pillows ok. Linen obviously clean but a little ‘stale’ smelling. Only one hand towel for two guests. Air con not working, management had provided a fan and windows were cracked open to try and keep temperature down. Premier Inns need to get this fixed! This hotel is on an industrial estate and having windows open means noise from the surroundings. The associated Beefeater restaurant was welcoming and staff attentive so 4or 5 stars for them.

Given a noisy room near reception so heard everyone traipsing past, despite having a 3-year old with us.
