Well, this hotel was UNREAL, such a horrible choice. Please, do not be fooled by the photoshopped photos. Just don't go there ok. They are in NO CONDITION to take guests, as of Nov 2021. The facility is run down.. No hot water, and such a long queue of problems reported by guests. I feel bad to the cruise guests who are forced to stay here.. And Trip.com didn't do a good job of showing honest pictures of this place too. shame.

Honest review, this hotel was probably the lease at the bottom of my list on picks
Had to arrive to the resort and my own transportation there was no transportation provided the back-and-forth emails about the transportation that needed to be paid for was not met, the food was about a six out of 10 the food choices really remain the same the duration of my week stay the customer service was horrible. No one had any information or any source or any accommodations. There was a missing light in the bathroom the door handle, fell off and no one came to fix it. The safe was broken, the refrigerator was leaking. The power went off in the middle of the night. The cable went out every single night around the same time. The fridge raider was only stocked one time, and not even the very first day three days into the day I was provided with water and sodas, that was supposed to last the duration of my stay for a week , my room was only clean two times by request time I did deny it but the other times wasn’t even attempted there was absolutely no real fun activities to a certain extent everywhere we had to travel there was a $30 taxi ride we had to pay for ourselves the excursions that I paid for was canceled the day of and had to be refunded no accommodation other than a taxi ride one way and I had to pay for the other way back. Very disappointing. This is not a hotel for couples or people that are trying to have a very good Bahama first time experience , felt unsafe and unsatisfied

Overall it was a good experience, just remember you are taking refillable water bottles for the entire trip because they wont give you water unless you pay for it though i took the all inclusive apparently the water wasn't included lol. Also be prepared to eat the same food all day and night. And we hardly got any reservations for the good restaurants as they showed already booked although it was a 5 day stay and extremely slow internet.Also from time to time the house keeping would just directy open the door. Apart from that it was a good stay the staffs were good.

Beach was nice , plenty of beach lounge chairs. Food was not good at all and everyone was able to smoke all over resort so there was smoke stink everywhere ! Would not stay here again

Resort was clean and comfortable. Restaurants were next to impossible to get a reservation, and the food at the buffet was not wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, however the safes did not work in either room, and hot water was almost non existent. Showers were almost unbearably cold. However, the beach and pool were wonderful, and the staff was absolutely fantastic and accommodating. I would consider staying again.

Very family oriented resort. We felt safe to let our kids run around and be involved in various activities throughout the property. I felt some of the staff could’ve been a bit friendlier in the bar areas. They had a good variety of food and beverages and activities all day long! I would recommend to others with children! Overall we were very happy with everything and our kids had a blast! After all in the Bahamas it’s always beautiful!
