Expect small rooms. Mine is so small I can’t even open my luggage, only in the entrance (see picture). The air in the room is not fresh, expect an open window throughout the night. The bed has no mattress protector (see picture) it looks and feel dirty and itchy. The breakfast is sooo cheap, nothing to get .. still in covid-mode. The hotel looks like a beautiful present, but when you open the box … there’s nothing in it !The only plus … friendly staff.

Ideally located in centre of Frascati within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Parking a nightmare! No free parking at hotel and need to scour busy streets for free space or pay to park in station car park. Room cleaning a bit haphazard and on one day did not happen at all as cleaner finished at 1100. Room not set up as twin on arrival despite having contacted the hotel direct several days prior to arrival and received a positive reply from them. Most staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast at weekend is in cafe opposite hotel but we were not forewarned this would be the case. (No kettle/fridge in room) In general a functional and adequate hotel ...you get what you pay for!!

The location of the hotel is great, nice view and very close to the center.
I've been told they'd send me the invoice, but I'm still waiting for that to happen. I've already wrote a few emails.

La posizione è incredibile, è il centro esatto di Frascati, parcheggi la macchina e non ci pensi più, è tutto ad un tiro di schioppo. Accoglienza entusiasta, gentile, premurosa. Apri la finestra e ti si spalanca Roma li sotto che ti abbraccia. A Frascati, come in tutta la zona, si mangia da Dio e a prezzi irrisori. Prezzi bassi bassi anche la struttura, inspiegabile data la posizione. Ne faro di certo il mio buen ritiro ogni volta che avrò voglia di una gita in questa graziosa cittadina. Colazione soddisfacente, il giusto per non appesantirsi visto che si mangerà assai durante la giornata. Anche l'orario elastico della colazione è molto comodo, cosi come anche il check out ad orario umano. Presente la WIfi con una buona connessione. Letto mooolto comodo.

El hotel esta muy bien situado en pleno centro de Fascati y el servicio es muy bueno, el desayuno incluido también esta muy bien. Al ser un hotel tan céntrico tiene mucho ruido, al menos la habitación 29 que es la que me toco a mí, que además esta al lado de donde dan el desayuno y hay ruido desde las 6:30, pero si madrugas sin problema.

Buona posizione con parcheggio interno alla struttura. Accoglienza gentile. Camera pulita, bella vista, arredamento spartano. Materasso con sbalzo tra le piazze e molle usurate (non ho riposato bene purtroppo) Colazione italiana nella norma. Personale cortese
