Experience was great. The staff were very friendly nice and helpful real down to earth people that make you feel like you are at home when you are away from home.. The food is good, very soulful and you get your money’s worth. This is my go to spot when i am in Louisiana. My kids and I love this place

Rooms are out dated and wasn’t the cleanest. Bathroom very small, no iron for the clothes just a steamer that didn’t remove wrinkles from traveling clothes that was packed.

Everything was very nice clean and pleasant. Staff was very helpful.

Only 1 negative thing i wish the handicap room were closer to the office and maybe they did have one closer and it was occupied i don't know the room i was in was for ,the room was very good .price a little high but the employees in front office and the cleaning lady was very very nice helpful and kind

Everything was great including the customer service and the food. Roshell & Bambi excellent at their jobs (chefs kiss).

Restaurant food and service was good in hotel. Plenty of tv channels offered in room Restroom tile trim needed work, a mildew smell in restroom and restroom could of been cleaner.

Really enjoyed my stay but I booked a king and sofa sleeper but only had a king bed.. Other than that the staff was great.

Air condition did not work to keep the room cool enough air condition made a lot of noise. There was mold on the breakfast sandwiches.

It was great. The air conditioner was a bit loud but everything else was great

The swimming pool was not in service. The restaurant next door wasn’t open for part of the stay. The travel lane between the office and the restaurant was narrow. The daily cost wasn’t too bad.

Great place just wish it was pet friendly

The property is under renovation and several rooms are blocked for this. The available rooms are up to Best Western standards. The dining facility provides excellent regional cuisine at good prices.
