So this is not my first time in this hotel , everything was ok the price also . Only one negative thing I didn’t find soap or shampoo in the bathroom

Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass du Lage ziemlich gut ist. Direkt in der Innenstadt bei der Konstablerwache. Man kommt super von A nach B. ABER: ich war noch nie in einem so dreckigen Zimmer. Überall waren Haare, die Bettwäsche war beschmutzt und die Handtücher hatten nicht nur Make-Up Reste, sondern auch braune Spuren und die waren nicht grade klein (ich glaube man kann sich denken was es war). Ich habe nochmal neue Handtücher bekommen, die allerdings ebenfalls dreckig waren. Klopapier war kaum vorhanden. Überall Staub und Haarbüschel. Die Dusche war heiß und kalt, der duschkopf hat ständig zwischen dem Massagestrahl, normalen Strahl und quasi gar keinem Strahl gewechselt. Beim Check-Out wurde ich von oben bis unten nochmals gemustert und ziemlich unfreundlich abgewimmelt. Außerdem hatte ich nachts das Gefühl eigentlich auf der Straße zu schlafen, weil der ganze Lärm trotz geschlossenem Fenster ins Zimmer kam.

Only good thing about the hotel is location. Located by the main shops. From the outside the hotel looks fine. Arrival to reception was ok fairly clean. Received key to room as there was 3 of us we knew one of the party was to sleep on a sofa bed (which was more like just a sofa) When entering the room there was a strange smell. The room did look like the walls and ceiling had been painted. However the carpet was just dirty, stains all over it. Splashes of paint where there hadn’t been clearly any sheets laid down and generally carpet was an eye sore. There was a Kitchenette. Kettle, toaster. No plates and no mugs. Three glasses and one was definitely not clean. The worst was yet to come. Opened the fridge…… left over milk, juice, take out chicken and McDonald’s box which none of us wanted to open to experience what was inside. This could have been left from previous guests but who knows how long it had been there . Clearly the cleaner hadn’t checked on this, which then made us all doubt the cleanliness of the whole room. To be fair bed linen did look clean but didn’t give much assurance. Bathroom was ok. Shower surprisingly good but definitely not the best bathroom. Hair dryer didn’t have anything about it and overheated after about a minute. Sleep value awful. Bed surprisingly comfy. But the noise from outside was horrific which led to dreadful sleep. It went on all night. Such a shame as hotel location was brilliant and hotel cleanliness let itself down. I wouldn’t rush back.

I've never had such a dirty room. There were stains everywhere, there were dead mosquitoes in the bathroom and there was a strong smell of smoke everywhere. The toilet bowl was not installed and was next to the toilet. I would be ashamed to rent a room like that to my guests.

Location it’s the best thing in this hotel, it was very clean with very helpful stuff but the room was very small and you will not enjoy it because this hotel is suitable for short stay but the location is the best because it is located on Zell Street and all services are below the hotel

The hotel was so nice . It's location was 100% perfect as it was so close to metro station and shopping centres . The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful . Amazing and unforgettable experience. I will recommend it surely to everyone . And I will visit it again in the future if I ever travel to Germany (Frankfurt). The only disadvantage was it didn't provide any meal . Overall great Hotel .

Останавливались с подругой на 3 ночи. Отличное месторасположение, приветливый персонал, хороший номер: свежепокрашенные стены, новый мягкий ковролин, чистое постельное белье, холодильник, электрический чайник, фен. Рекомендую.

Merita 10 la posizione , 8 la cortesia della reception , 6 la pulizia con l'aggravante di un odore pungente di spezie orientali ( quantomeno all'ultimo piano dove avevamo la stanza ) . Il prezzo non è bassissimo in sè , ma rapportato alla posizione è buono .
