Front office provided excellent services to accommodate our group of 2 families. They are very helpful and super friendly. Breakfast is good. Rooms are big and comfortable with excellent views. We'll definitely be back to this hotel when we are in this area.

Staff are VERY friendly and supportive in this hotel. Kelvin was very helpful and professional. Rooms are clean. Room view is amazing. The only thing I would mention to make some improvement is breakfast. Other than that, everything was good. We had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Nan Hai hotel during our recent family vacation. The hotel was incredibly well-suited for families - the rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of space for our family of four. Thank you Alice, the hotel manager, she went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering helpful transfer and accommodating our needs promptly. The hotel's breakfast buffet was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious hot and cold options to fuel us up for our busy days. The kids loved the made-to-order porridge and the selection of fresh pastries. We also enjoyed spending time at the hotel's large, well-maintained kids and standard swimming pool. The kids had a blast splashing around and burning off energy, while we parents were able to relax poolside. The adjoining kids' playroom was an added bonus, providing a fun indoor space for the little ones to play. Overall, the hotel provided an excellent home base for our trip. The combination of comfortable accommodations, attentive service, family-focused amenities like the breakfast and pool, and the kids' playroom made this hotel a perfect choice for our family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families looking for an stress-free, enjoyable vacation experience. It is very nearby Chimelong theme park as well.

I always love staying in crowne plaza for my baby to enjoy the kid’s club. The view from the room is excellent. Corner room 3006 has so much view to see.

There is a stunning park next to the Hotel, where it is very pleasant to take a walk after dinner.
