Extended Stay America Suites - Fort Worth - City View

After many days and lots of money spent we were asked to leave because my car window was busted out as if it was my fault. Normally my favorite location. Needless to say not any more

This was such a terrible experience for us. From the moment we walked in the hotel it smelled like smoke throughout the lobby, elevator, the hallways, and even the room it was terrible. It also smelled like pee right outside the elevator on the second floor. We had gotten back later at night and there were a bunch of ********** hanging out outside the hotel. It was so dirty and just did not feel clean that we were so uncomfortable the whole time we were there.

I stayed here for 6 weeks during an assignment for work. The hotel is dirty and smells of pot. I washed the sticky floor and purchased upholstery cleaner for the stained and dirty chair. The bathroom was disgusting and I had to clean it before I could even use it. I would occasionally find cockroaches. One night I had water dripping from the bathroom ceiling...when i called they said we will have to wait until morning because there is no one available right now...so I put a trashcan under it. Many items were not available...I never did get drinking glasses or a hair dryer. The TV was broke and had to be propped up to watch. The cable /internet service was poor and often times unavailable. There was smoke marks by the sprinkler system. I tried to cancel after I was there for a week and was told I would still have to pay the entire reservation. There were NO amenities...I was hoping for a patio, grill, or exercise room. There is a laundromat on site but it is not free. I will NEVER stay in another ESA again!

What. A. Dump. If I could give ZERO rating I would. I think it’s a stretch to call this place a Hotel. Starting with the mess outside -overflowing dumpsters, and trash everywhere. I ruined a $200 tire with a large bolt I picked up in the parking lot. The whole building smells funky. From ****, to stale air, to burnt food cooking somewhere - awful. “Breakfast” consisted of coffee, instant oatmeal packets, and some snack bars. Whoever does their marketing has a sense of humor. In the room was no better. Roaches climbing around in the tub. Even found one on the bed. Bathtub faucet wouldn’t shut off completely no matter how hard I turned it closed, so water ran the whole time, leaving musty damp smell. Main Door to room looked like it had been kicked open at some point, and sloppily re-fastened, making it a challenge to close it each time. Various dents and spackled holes everywhere. The clothes iron had something stuck to it and appeared to have been used to heat some sort of food item. Police were called to the lobby for some sort of disturbance while I was there, and it appeared that many of the people staying here were in fact residents, not hotel guests. I was told by an employee that one ‘guest’ had in fact been there for 13 years. Change the name to Extended Stay Boarding House. And if you’re thinking of staying here, do yourself a favor and DON’T.

Please don’t waste your money staying at this extended-stay location, it is by far the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed. Everything was dirty and it looks like there is zero upkeep. It’s definitely privately owned.

I traveled a lot back in my work days and now retired. I had stayed at this hotel in the past. I saw there were negative reviews, but I tend to go on my past experiences at a property.!I am normally really easy going and not all that picky. Well, I can say this stay here was one of my worse experiences after traveling for 35 years. When I checked the in the lady at desk was very friendly. I went to room and first noticed it smelled like smoke. Then I heard running water.! The bathtub faucet was running. I tried to stop it no good. I noticed some spots around tub and I thought maybe were cigarette burns but realized you could scape it off so there were several spots that weren’t clean in shower. Than I noticed a ring around stove top and out my finger on it and it was grease (discussing). Well here is my mistake. Instead of asking for a new room or just leaving all together I said I can handle this for a couple nights. Shower in morning had no pressure and luke warm at best. I got back to room next night and my keys wouldn’t work. Go to front desk and no one there. Finally a lady showed up after about 10 minutes. She informed me I was a no show the day before so that’s why my Leo’s wouldn’t work. Said then how did I get keys and my stuff in my room if I was a no show. I showed her I had ore paid for the two nights. Well having keys, my stuff already in the room, and an ID wasn’t enough. She said she wasn’t going to let me in the room. I said how about I call the police or I would kick the door in to get my valuables. I asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager. Well I had enough even though I am an easy going person. I started calling the police and then she called her regional manager and they decided it was ok to rekey me back in room. No apology or anything. It was like I was trying to pull one on them. I did apologize to her since I got upset and later I thought wait what am I apologizing for. Well next morning I went to move my truck closer and of course my keys wouldn’t work so kicked out again. Had to wait another 10 minutes to find some one. The young lady was nice. She rekeyed my cards again and it didn’t work. Went back and she rekeyed them again and went to room with me and I got in. All I can say most if the staff is nice here minus that night manager who wouldn’t believe me that I had checked in day before. Stay away from this hotel. It’s dirty snd needs major upgrades.

We arrived to discover our reservation had been cancelled by the hotel (which turned out to be a blessing). They were able to give us a room, but as soon as we opened the door, the stench of old stale cigarette smoke nearly knocked us over. Didn't even go in. Asked if they had any non-smoking rooms, and were told "all the rooms are non-smoking." Apparently, this is more of a homeless facility than an actual hotel. Front desk "staff" was no help at all, except for giving us a refund. We were able to get a room for our entire stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth Northeast, which was very nice, which a very helpful friendly staff, and in a much better location.

Staff was helpful and addressed needs immediately. Room is spacious. The view was pleasant. Lots of availability nearby including shopping, dining and other local business as needed. Reasonable rates. July 2022

The entire hotel smells like ****, my room was dirty and missing the batteries from all the fire detectors and smelled like ****, giving me allergies, but the hotel "had no rooms to move me" even though i could book a room online. the place was dirty with hair and signs of living from the previous occupant. i just wanted to refund my next few nights and sleep in my car since i cant sleep here due to people banging on the walls, smoking ****, and yelling at the hotel manager in the lobby about thier rooms being dirty, and people smoking ****.
