Location is good, but the room is a little small.

Personal was very nice. Location great. The room was clean and big.

The place was nice and the staff very friendly. Good breakfast. The rooms had modern decor and complimentary snacks. The only downside was the toilet flush and the poor light in the shower.

從車站出來只有一條路，沿著路走個十多分鐘就會看到了，非常好找 房間附有免費的小零食和水，非常貼心 入住時服務人員會詢問是否有開車/停車的需求 雖然不算便宜，但基本的該有的都有👍

房間比較緊湊，連放個休息的沙發位置都沒有，但是其他方面還是不錯的，房間傢俱的款式，房間裝飾及配色均花了些心思，早餐不是自助是點餐，吧枱有24小時自助的咖啡機，房間放置了不少飲料和小吃，除了房間小點其他都很不錯。

Dogs barking in the hallway at 6am. Paid over $300 CDN a night for no breakfast, queen sized bed, and a pullout bed from the couch. Every 8 to 10 minutes a blower would go off outside. I do not recommend this overyly priced hotel at all!

One of the best hotels I have stayed. Clean , friendly staff and very central . Defo coming back to this place .

The hotel is modern, clean and tidy. Good location. Staff attitude in checking in not great. We had a breakdown on way here and i phoned forward to let them know we woukd be late. No parking spaces available on arrival ans wife had injury to leg that reduced her ability to walk. Staff member said "youll have to drop her off and park elsewhere" . Asked where i could get food at 945 pm, staff member ****** teeth shook head and pointed out a local restaurant which wasnt able to help. No direction to elsewhere. In street parking restricted and nearby car park very dark not many cars there no visible security or cctv. In summary hotel needs sufficient parking for guests. Staff attitude could have been better

Pros: stylish rooms, well located, generous coffee, nice local toiletries, good value. Cons: limited storage space, lumpy bed, cold reception, loud guests (and noisy housekeeping?).

Me and my partner turned up for our stay, we were greeted by a very helpful and friendly receptionist. We were then given the keys to our room, sadly the room we were given keys to hadn’t been done, we then headed back to the main reception 2 properties over. The receptionist did give us another room, this was a family room not the executive as booked but this was of no fault if hers as she really went out of her way for us. I would hesitate in booking again due to this. Wasn’t a relaxing start after a long day, as we checked in at 5ish

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff are so friendly and the accommodation was very clean and comfortable. My husband is disabled and this is the best room we have ever stayed in . The breakfast is really enjoyable , would recommend The Garrison and we will be back.

The bed was very comfortable and slept very well. The downside were the lack of hand wash / soap, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom - despite this being a selling point of the room when being advertised. My wife rang the duty manager on the evening. They turned up with various liquids (in refill bottles) under their arm and attempted to 'top-up' the missing liquids in the various pumps. Unfortunately they were unable to provide any replacement hand soap at the time (no soap bar even?) but managed to fill the shower gel and shampoo. Although the shampoo was now 'sorted' - when we tried to use the pump mechanism for the shower gel, the mechanism was not working (this should have been tested when being filled) - so we still had no shower gel (lucky we brought our own). The cleaning staff should check these things when they are cleaning a room

This was our second stay at The Garrison as we were so impressed the first time. Room was spotless and housekeeping change your towels everyday they also made sure our tea, coffee biscuits etc were always topped up. The breakfast was absolutely out this world with a range of choices that would suit everyone. We had a takeaway one night and they provided cutlery napkins and heated the plates which I thought was a nice touch. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. The Garrison is so close to lovely pubs restaurants train station and all amenities. We will definitely be back

Amazing stay room and bathroom was lovely and clean. Hotel decor was lovely. We had. Drink in the bar on arrival with a complimentary snacks. Staff were fantastic friendly would highly recommended. We will definitely stay again. Lesley&Grant
