Great stay, Samantha and Chris were lovely, and a big help! Conveniently located centrally in Fort William. Accessible from Ben Nevis. The summit towers 1300m over the town at sea level. The north face is a stunning but harsh environment. The Ben is the heart and soul of Scottish Winter climbing.

Staff were professional and helpful. Room was clean and bright. Beds were very comfortable with extra pillows if needed. Closet with hangers. Shower room was clean and also had complimentary shower gel, shampoo and soap. Right in the heart of the town at the harbour with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops for all your needs. Would recommend.

It wasn't comfortable at all, and the noise in the hotel was ridiculous. Quite dated and reception ain't the most welcoming

The location of hotel is good, just near the high street, but it is not noisy. The room is tidy and clean. The room smelt fresh and aired. The staff are friendly and helpful. My room has seaview.

I have not stayed at travel lodge for a few years now, and chose this for proximity and car park. - room was smelling , maybe cigarettes - water not hot - very noisy at night from people outside the hotel - power socket not working

Be careful with the parking. This is supposed to be free but turns out it isnt. I got a £25 bill for leaving at 11.16. Checkout is 12. Apparently you have to leave the car park long before you check out because your parking doesnt cover your whole stay. Nobody mentioned this at reception. Seems they are harvesting the car park for additional revenue.

We visited as a family of 4. The hotel was clean and modern and staff were polite.and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel as great value for money.

Room not up to standards, staff very unprofessional and do not meet guidelines as a receptionist had to wait 20 mins till she came to her desk to check us in. Dogs allowed off leads in corridor who clearly arent trained as the dog went for my wee boy who is now petrified, other guests ip all night partying in their rooms all u can hear is moaning and banging. Disgusting. We actually left a day early not much to go in fort william wont be returning. Parking terrible aswell witnessed 2 bumps in the car park, and not enough space

Family room. Blood on double bed sheets and hairs. My wife and I had to make the full bed again when handed the sheets. The single beds, one had a little blood and pillows were dirty. We complained. Staff member was lovely. Gave us all the bedding and we made the beds. Sock under the table and bin had rubbish in it. This room was unclean for a family.
