Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Parking details should be clearly outlined at the time of reservation.... and I thought the umbrella fee was excessive on top of the resort fee in my opinion although not a future deterrent.

The worst hotel I ever been in! The housekeeper opens the door whenever they want with their key ! 4am the security come and knock the door!

Excellent service and cleanliness. Nice location 1.5 miles from Las Olas Blvd. Very recommended!

Our flight was canceled, and since we needed to stay over we were referred to Sonesta by a local. Beautiful and clean!

The hotel is nice but very noisy with next room, we couldn’t even sleep. Beach fee is too much, plus no one informed us when we reserved the hotel. The breakfast is so so no variety.

Great people. Very courteous staff. Very much affordable. Several dining options within walkable distance. Just across the street from beach.

Wasn't bad for what we paid. But the bathrooms didn't have fans & the restaurant was very overpreicd! (Great food next door though). Also the pool was "heated" but I cannot confirm by any means that it actually was.

The room was clean and comfortable and the amenities were top notch. They threw me off with only allowing valet parking at $51 a night, so be aware of that when you go. However, Ford, the valet was very friendly and took great care of me. I’d definitely book here again!

Every staff we came in contact with were not smiley or happy looking- felt like I was disturbing them- also price for what we received was far too much- beach location was great-and close to water taxi- that was the plus for sure- won’t stay here again-

Overall, this was a nice property. Location was great, walkable & lots of conveniences, stores, restaurants, etc. Clean for the most part except for housekeeping, (1) you have to ask for your room to be cleaned, this is something that you should be told upon arrival, (2) the room was serviced poorly. We had our dirty glasses left from room service for 3 days, not replenished, they should have either been taken away or replenished. Lastly, breakfast at the hotel restaurant was incredibly slow. We waited an hour for eggs! Completely unacceptable! The service was poor.

Friendly staff who accommodated early check-in. Good location close to the beach with many restaurants near by.
