Hotel Villa Melodie - Adults Only

We’re only mid stay now but this place is beautiful, me and my girlfriend are only 18 and we wanted a relaxing stay after our exams were finished, we have an amazing sea view that we didn’t even pay for and the staff are soo soooo nice and helpful, we had a problem with the safe opening on the first night and by the morning the next day someone came and fixed it. The prices for drinks and snacks are very good and the iced coffees are probably the highlight of our stay, it’s just a really cool place in general. The beach is closer than expected and it’s a really nice scenic walk down there that takes less than 10 minutes. The two pools are even nicer than the pictures and the views of the mountains can be seen whilst you’re swimming. Food in the local town has been very nice so far and if you want more options then a 5 min taxi drive to forio port is perfect. 10/10 will 100% be coming back.

We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is very close to a bus stop, and it is easy to take the local buses around the island. The old town in Forio is very nice. Melodie is not so close to a beach, but they have a nice pool in a beautiful garden. They made us pay for pool towels, that was unexpected and unnecessary. And it was very windy by the pool, seemed to be a problem. Breakfast buffet was rather simple, no good juice, bad coffee, very bad bread, and eggs that were boiled too long, they were grey inside. You could order fried eggs, but they did not inform us about that, so we missed it the first 2 days. We had half board, very good price, and good home made food for dinner with a chose in menu every day. Much food and good food! White wine of the house very simple. We were disappointed that the meals were served in the basement with no view at all, probably because it is a rather windy place, but it should have been upstairs with a view. With dinner at 7.30 we never got to see the sunset, which is a pity when you chose a place turned west.... Almost all the other guests were Germans, there was 1 Italian lady and us. The staff spoke some German, but very little English. When we asked something in English, they often answered in German. When the dinner menu was given to the tables at breakfast, we could get it in Italian or German, but not in English. It made us feel a little "2nd class guests", and the hotel should improve if they want to receive guests other than Germans.

I am so happy I found Hotel Villa Melodie! My room was clean, very comfortable, and cozy, with a little balcony with a sea view. The staff was amazingly sweet and made me feel like I was home. I arrived a bit stressed out, but Rita at the front desk made me feel calm, and Claudia made me a delicious cocktail to sip while I spent the day relaxing poolside. Next, I went down to the thermal pool, and after a dip, my body became so relaxed I was able to take a great nap in the shade. In addition to the pool area, a little garden overlooked the sea, and you could watch the sunset. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ischia/Forio. You could walk to the best beach, Citara, or even walk down to Forio Centro. I was happy to know there was a parking lot with free parking. The morning breakfast buffet included all the specialties, like sfogliatelle, pastiera, cornetti, yogurt, eggs, bacon, and toast. I ate dinner in the home a few evenings when I was too relaxed to venture out. Fresh fish, veggies, and pizza fritta were just a few of their offerings. I can’t say enough about the wonderful experience I had. From the check-in to the cleaning staff, every staff member I encountered was delightful and eager to help! Thank you! I will be back! Dieses Hotel wird mit Herz geführt. Ich bin alleine gereist, habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte eine wunderbare Zeit. Inhaber-Familie und Personal sind sehr freundlich, alles ist sehr persönlich, man schließt durch die warmherzige Atmosphäre schnell neue Kontakte. Anlage und Pool liegen malerisch mit Blick auf Meer und Gebirge, die Lage ist super, eine Bushaltestelle ein paar Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker, insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

L'hotel è carino e avvolto nella natura. Completano il relax la zona piscina e il silenzio intorno. Mare non troppo distante ma non raggiungibile facilmente a piedi. Qualche miglioramento da fare: colazione un po' troppo casalinga, frigo bar vuoto, personale reception poco preparato.

Kleines, familiengeführtes Hotel um 20 Zimmer, große schöne saubere Zimmer mit großen Balkon(wenn frei mit Meerblick buchen!). Außenbereich mit Pool und Bar sowie Gartenbereich sehr schön. Topp das Thermalbecken (wird aus 130 m hochgepumpt) im Untergeschoss!!! Mit dem Bus vor der Tür erreicht man alle Orte in Ischia sehr gut, die Poseidon-Therme ist fast um die Ecke! Sehr freundliches auch deutschspachiges Personal, Service topp

Situé dans un lieu calme, verdoyant et propre. Vue sur mer et fabuleu couché de soleil. Tout le personnel est très sympathique. Il est compris le petit déjeuner et si vous le désirez, vous pouvez manger à midi près de la piscine. Proche d'un arrêt de bus. Avec un scooter vous avez la possibilité de visiter l'île, surtout les coins touristiques. Cet hôtel est bien placé. Nous y retournerons volontier.

Per il secondo anno ho soggiornato in questa struttura che io trovo giusta per chi voglia una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante.
