Really nice hotel, near the stations to get the airport and all the staff you need as a tourist. Friendly front desk and excellent effective services. Nice first station in Florence:) Tips: Laundry can only received 5 Euro bills, don't try to put in coins.

This is one of the best stays I’ve had and as they tell, you do not leave any of your personal belongings in the common area as they’re not responsible if it gets lost or stolen… As I said in my previous review, I highly recommend this for overall comfort value, kind staff, and great amenities, including an excellent restaurant!

This is undoubtedly one of the best hostels I have stayed in in Italy and I’ll tell you what happened. Basically I was quite late to check in and checked in only at around 6:45 pm in the evening and initially the room I was offered had only upper beds left and all the lower berths had been occupied. Gaia at the reception was so kind  she actually looked up all the rooms available and suggested after almost looking up for 30 minutes as to where she could place me as I did not want to sleep on an apple bed she gave me another room which was room number 13 and I had originally booked for an eight bedroom but I paid a little bit extra to get into this four bedroom and I was very happy because the room was speaking span. There was ample space and bathroom and toilet was separate which meant it could be used by two people at the same time, conveniently, especially in the mornings when people are in a rush and the plug points were very ideally placed! I loved staying here and even paid €10 for a very fancy breakfast! I’d love to come here again.

It is a very fair deal foe the price we paid. Very eficient and friendly staff at front desk For a shared room,ot would be nice to have a socket outlet at each bed and working bed head light

The room layout is very scientific, like a student apartment, many public facilities can be used, the ground floor courtyard is also very large, can chat and eat there, very satisfied with the stay!

The staff r not cheerful and welcoming, they mention they have a guest kitchen but they don’t, they mention they have laundry service but they don’t, the vibes r dead, u feel like u r in a hospital, no vending machines, compared to the other A&Os around Europe, this one is worst, u feel that it doesn’t belong to the same chain

Very nice place to stay! They have clean rooms, helpful and friendly stuff and different extra activities like a swimming pool, bar, rooftop space and so on. I would recommend to add a breakfast to your booking because it’s fresh and delicious.

Good installations and good location. About the customer service, it depends with who you deal at the reception desk.

Little single room was good enough. I had quiet night and good sleep. Location was good too easy to catch transportation!

Clean and privacy even though it was a hostel. Would recommend.
