On the map this hotel is about 900m away from the Lanzhou West train station, but I would advise you to take a taxi/ride-hail vehicle if you have large/heavy luggage. You have to either cross an overhead bridge without lift to reach the hotel, and because the stretch of road has buildings beside it that are undergoing construction, it can be a bit difficult to navigate the footpath which sometimes spills over to the road. Alternatively, you can take the metro for one stop and backtrack, but you would have to put your luggage through the scanner, let security test your liquids in the luggage, etc. There is a convenience store outside the hotel, but otherwise there isn't much shopping to be done. The location is good only because it is near the train station.

Not recommended, it wasn’t good enough to pay 200. Room wasn’t that cleaned. No shaving kit, shower gel wasn’t coming out of that.

The hotel reception is on the second floor. There's a lift next to the door. The location is good for people who would travel with the train since the west railway station is around 10-15 mins on foot. The room was cosy and clean, suitable for short stay. There're some food stalls in the small street on the west of the hotel. The bus stop is also near. 24 hours front desk.

We love our stay in this hotel very much.

服務水平是超過房價的，因為這個房型有暖氣滴水的聲音，介意的朋友要避一避，或者加錢升房或帶耳塞，但是離蘭州西站很近，蘭州老街打車也很方便很快，各位如果不介意地段偏，這裏性價比就很高了，離地鐵很近很近，去博物館 黃河都很方便

住的很舒服 工作人員態度很友好～離高鐵西站很近 步行大概800米 十分鐘左右就到了 很方便 對面就是公交站 去博物館三站路 很快就到了

酒店靠近高鐵西站和地鐵站，交通便利。酒店設施較為齊全。麻雀雖小五臟俱全，外觀較為殘舊，房間內部空間較為狹小。

酒店真的很一般，設備又有點落後，在一棟舊樓內。但前台服務非常好。尤其值得一提的是酒店的早餐，非常豐富，裏面竟然還有很多無糖食品，實在難得。還有酒店的位置還是很不錯的，離地鐵站很近。高鐵站也不太遠

再次入住，不是趕一早的火車， 選擇這裡是因為喜歡這家酒店，離地鐵300米遠。 前台姑娘小夥的服務非常好，很滿意，臨走時還送上兩杯熱茶。

房間乾淨寬敞，離火車站步行大概10分鐘，酒店旁邊有很多水果攤，便宜又好吃。

這是我住過最差的如家酒店，沒有之一！窗簾拉開全是灰飛下來，空調打開是臭的，枕頭是開線的。旁邊放電視和講話的聲音聽得一清二楚，去和前台換房間，首先説所有的如家酒店都是這樣，沒有隔音的。換不了，必須重新再定，自己和攜程這邊溝通。設施也很老舊很差，到底怎麼值330這個價格的？

房間精緻而實用，光線和衞生都無可挑剔，地理位置極好，前台小姐姐服務意識強。性價比超高的如家酒店neo
