房間超級大，房頂很高，房間佈置非常美，據説沙發墊是半年一換很講究。交通還算便利，距離百花教堂10分鐘步行路程，晚上不吵。

The San Firenze was the perfect stay for my husband and I on our anniversary. The staff was always available and helpful. Our room was beautiful and quiet while it is centrally located and an easy walk to all the main attractions. We would absolutely recommend it!

My husband and I really liked everything. The hotel was lovely. All of the employees were terrific. The front desk crew was excellent, very helpful and always smiling. We stayed in a luxury suite. The room was immaculate upon arrival and the housekeeper did a great job keeping it that way. Our room overlooked Firenze, it was just gorgeous. We even had a balcony in the back where we could relax a little after a full day of shopping, visiting museums and eating (a lot). The complimentary breakfast was really great and offered pretty much anything you could want for breakfast. The breakfast staff was excellent as well. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. The property coupled with the staff really made for an all around excellent experience. On the day of our departure we left quite early for our flight back to NY. The staff even packed us a little breakfast to go because we were leaving before breakfast service started.

I borrowed a charger until I bought one. Nadia asked me 4 times in lobby where it was... I left it with an employee, showed her my portable charger I bought but she didn't stop. I will never return or recommend. Literally a 5 euro item I paid 700 euros for 1 night stay. Rude and unprofessional
She did this in the lobb of the hotel!!

One of the best concierge and customer service teams I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. From booking dinners to recommending activities even at short notice. Hotel, quality, room and breakfast were also excellent with no complaints.

This was my favorite hotel that my husband and I stayed at during our recent trip to Italy (that consisted of 4 different cities). The location was very walkable and accessible, but the room was still quiet for sleeping and relaxing. We had an awesome view of the Duomo from our room that we just couldn't get over. The room was very large and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made our stay even that much more special. We loved this property and can't wait to return to it!

Amazing stay. The hotel is literally the center of Florence, walking distance to the best spots for food and sight seeing. I’ll be back and sending as many people as I can their way. Great staff!
