Great location. But rooms are very cramped. Also the heat can’t be controlled to your personal level. So it is cold when you want the room warm etc.

L’hôtel est très bien placé. Personnel très accueillant. Bon petit déjeuner copieux. Bonne literie confortable

La camera prenotata aveva dei problemi e ci è stato proposto un alloggio di altra struttura che mi ha deluso poiché di certo non dello stesso livello per cui sconsiglio la struttura per la cattiva gestione dei problematiche che si possono presentare!

The room was small (think inside cabin on cruise ship), but the hotel is well located and not loud at all at night. Breakfast was included and had many options. Front desk staff was always very friendly. AC worked well, which was good as the afternoons got warm.

The hotel is in a great location. For our first two nights, they put us a very small room — 15 sq m — with a small bed and it wasn’t comfortable for a couple. For our third and final night, they gave us a decent room. Breakfast is not included. Pool and hot tub were closed. There is a wine cellar that is interesting, but they say the dusty bottles are from the 1700s/1800s, while one could see that they’re from the 1960s/70s. That tells me something.

We had a wonderful stay here for my wife's 60th birthday. All the rooms are different in furnishings & very niche. The breakfast was so much more than we expected, with a selection of hot & cold foods. The pancake maker machine was a winner & every hotel should have one!!!! One morning we had to leave early for a trip & the hotel had laid on a selection of breakfast foods to take with us on our trip. The hotel is perfectly situated for all the main attractions, most being just a short walk away. I would certainly use this hotel again & would recommend it to anyone else

Perfect walking distance from station and everything you like to see. Very nice people, very polite and friendly Fantastic breakfast with fresh Italian coffee, cakes and everything else you wish. Federica always made everything possible with a smile and polite attention. Pay attention to the extra city tax to pay for your holiday at the end, if is not in your package and if you intend to sleep longer in the morning take in consideration, not having no 10 room. Not good, images are very misleading.. superior room we had wires hanging out, shoddy decorating, doors won’t open or close properly to the the main door or bathroom, room is small. If by adding robe and slippers makes it superior then I’d rather not have those things. Attention to detail lacking, .. they are polite, but not helpful and do not go out of their way. No Gluten Free bread for toast at breakfast, offered GF biscuit only. Also which I don’t like to mention we had a cockroach on the floor in the breakfast area just walk through. I know it must be hard with old buildings, but I have now seen another review mentioning a cockroach. We decided to go out for breakfast on the third morning. Will not be staying again and would not recommend. This hotel could do so much better for its guests but doesn’t seem to be bothered, it’s a shame as it's in a perfect location.

Booked through ***********, didn’t realise it was through a partner site . The room we stopped in was not like the picture - the room was very dark and old, the bathroom steps are nearly vertical in the small room. We did book 3 nights but only stayed 1 night. The breakfast was nice, the other rooms looked very good, the room we had would be suited to backpackers - not for us

Pros: - great breakfast spread and location - outdoor pool - quiet, big rooms and bathroom - great value for money Cons: - bed was quite hard - pool was a bit small but did the trick to cool down in - thought wine cellar was a lounge but it is more like a store to buy wine in - breakfast didn’t start until 8:00am We would stay here again.

A very disappointing hotel, which is nothing like the photos or description. There is no A La Carte restaurant only a breakfast room with a leaky roof. The wine cellar is much smaller than appears on the photo, no table & chairs and no tasting tour offered. As we had booked an economy room without breakfast, we were allocated room 13, which ws more like a cupboard, no lamps or bedside table. Very basic, consequently we paid to upgrade to a standard room. The only positive thing about this hotel is the central location.
