Days Inn by Wyndham Florence Near Civic Center

The lady at check in was so nice and helpful! The hotel itself is another story. Wyndham hotels has always been a great well known name in hotels. That is why I chose this hotel. I was 100% disappointed in the room and the hotel itself! Nasty!! From the elevator to our room!! Nasty! I will not do that mistake again! Look closely at all pics! I was sooo disappointed! We slept on top of the bed spread because of how nasty it looked! We were so tired or tire otherwise would have driven back home! The furniture was so ragged and dirty and the air conditioner was barely working and the cigarette butt holder was right in front of our door so that is where everyone came to smoke and of course when we open the door the smoke came right in the room! The hotel was dirty and the floors and the carpet in the elevator and I could go on and on but it was that bad! The hair dryer had lipstick that looked like had melted on it and the only clean thing was the shower and it was new. We also had to ask for a remote to the tv. The people who worked up front were awesome and we totally appreciated that!!! Please take and invest in upgrading and cleaning this place up!! 🙂

It is worth what you pay for.

Everything was clean, the service was good, it's in the perfect location.

Cockroaches and ants in rooms. Water brown/yellow. Unsafe, inconsistent. Management refuses to do anything about ANY of the issues. DON'T waste your money here, you'll be sorry!

I kindly showed the owner a picture of a bug in my bathtub and i asked him to come remove it from my bathtub and henever came to remove it im petrified of bugs finally after waiting for him to come after a hour or 2 i went back down there instaed of calling because the phone did not work in my room and the owner totally ignored me while in line he took care of people that was standing behind me inline and thatw when i decided to call hotel . Om to make a report and i still was not able to take abath after 9 hours of working and so i checked out the next morning and requested my money back In which i have not seen any refund yet

Close to the highway but no traffic noise. Blower in room is way too loud. Needed to turn it off to sleep. Luckily it was not too hot or too cold outside. Waffles were good but not much else for breakfast at 9am.

One of our top 3 properties to stay because of the surrounding areas, the cleansing, and just love the staff from the front desk to the housekeeping could not ask for a better staff crew. So of course most definitely we WILL be back to stay again.

It's very convenient to many different restaurants as well as to shopping. Absolutely love staying at this property. Most Definitelywill be back.

Property had roaches running through it and the door wouldn’t lock, look like a lot of remodeling was going on, Was a good area
