本人因為第二天一早的航班繼續羅馬飛其他城市，盲選了這家，有利有弊，大致如下： 1）離機場真的很近，開車10分鐘。預訂成功後，會立刻收到酒店發來的好幾個郵件。告訴您如何自助辦理入住，以及是否需要訂車等。可以寫郵件給酒店英文/意大利語都可以，甚至打電話。本人親測酒店會在出發前回復你所有的提問。比如訂他們的車去FCO機場是25歐（我的出發時間是7:30）。 2）到達之後打了電話，很巧管理人員在裏面。進去之後發現，是個小別墅。這個時候小問題來了，沒有電梯！是小台階，一層樓高，對於已經飛了快一天的人來説，已經精疲力盡，別説行李，書包都背不動了。好在管理人員（Leandro）很和善，幫我提到了一樓，辦理好手續後，繼續又幫我辦了一層樓樣子（他已經氣喘吁吁得不行）。實在過意不去，付款了點小費。 3）早餐，就真的，別太放心上。餅乾+蛋糕。咖啡，果汁，酸奶…….可以跳過這個🤣🤣🤣 4）等我出門的時候，哎呀老闆説他要20分鐘後回來，那就衹能自己硬着頭皮扛下了所有…… 總之，房間很乾凈，跟酒店沒差別，大小就是歐洲普通酒店單人間雙人床大小。可能不適合帶小朋友，因為周邊也實在啥都沒有…… 如果下次還有這樣的衹是住一晚應急可以考慮這家，心理落差不會太大。

必須是滿分💯啊！雖然是民宿，但是非常乾淨整潔，處處彰顯意大利人的精緻優雅！老闆為了等我們，延遲了倆小時下班，還特意為我們保留了車位！知道我們次日6點趕飛機，提前準備好了早餐！真的是非常貼心！下次還會再訂！

非常小的一個家庭旅館，房間小而且什麼都沒有，連拖鞋都沒有，更加不要説洗漱用品了。早餐是我見過最簡單的早餐，二個麪包配牛奶或者咖啡。連個雞蛋都沒有。我是下午兩三點鐘的飛機，規定10: 30退房，協商半天也不同意推遲。無語了，不知道他的高評分是怎麼來的。

For us, this was a great place stay between disembarkation from a cruise in Civitaveccia (Rome cruise port) and a flight out the next day. Andrea is a great host for this charming B&B in Fiumicino. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious room with very comfortable beds and he provided delicious croissants in the morning... and the espresso machines are excellent. Papaya beach is also walkable. We would stay again.

We stayed a night at Villa Erasi during a layover, and we loved it. The host was great (easy to reach and very helpful), the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. We couldn't ask for anything better during our stay in Rome. I would definitely recommend!

Owner was fabulous. Met us at the gate at 22:00 when we arrived. Walked is up stairs to go over the room. Even drove us to the Airport the next morning at 06:15. That is above and Owner was fabulous. We had a lovely stay. Arrived early evening to FCO and had an early flight to Catania, so wanted to be close to the airport. Leandro was warm and helpful throughout. He picked us up and dropped us back off at the airport as part of the service. The room was clean and comfortable with good working a/c. The neighborhood is quiet. He directed us to a nice restaurant within walking distance that was a perfect first dinner for our family. The complimentary breakfast was also very nice. I'd stay there again. Leandro even drove us to two ATMs, both were not functioning though, but he was extremely patient and caring. Molto grazie!

Very helpful and friendly host. Nice clean rooms and a good price. Must stay. Very close to the airport. Chargeable airport drop available. The locality is also quiet and nice. Do visit to have a good stay near Roma airport.................

We decided to wind down a two week adventure with a day at the beach…and closer to the airport for our early morning flight. Villa Erasi was the perfect choice. Leandro is definitely a super host. He has every aspect of a stay perfectly arranged and he was very accommodating to our last minute decisions and needs. A bit surprised to be in a ‘neighborhood’ without a car, Leandro assured us that there were excellent places to eat nearby. He was absolutely right. Our best eating experience in Italy was around the corner in Fiumicino! The beach was within walking distance…we were rested and ready for a long day of travel when we were taken to the airport at 5:15 AM! Thank you, Leandro.

Check-in was quite smooth seamless. The BNB was very nice, and Leandro provided excellent breakfast and very good company !

Our family loved our very brief stay. Very quiet, comfortable bed. Our family of four all slept great and recovered well from a long haul flight. Staff are wonderful, and the fresh croissants are a lovely touch. We will stay again definitely if the need arises.
