My daughter and I had a two bedroom apar**ent which had a whole separate floor for living area. So much space and very comfortable rooms and bathroom. We utilised the pool a few times which was wonderful and clean. Multiple tram lines were metres away and we were so close to both the city and Fitzroy which was perfect, we could easily come back for a rest in between activities. The front desk was helpful when we needed advice and were accommodating to store our luggage after check out.
The only negative would be to install soft close door mechanisms on some doors. There was one that created a bang so incredibly loud it made me jump every time and woke me up a few times.

The room is a bit old even though it is big enough. There are scratches on the wall next to the socket. This is the last room that could be booked.

很好，老闆在我退房那一天，由於我的飛機比較晚，讓我在客亭待了好久，最後他鎖門了，還留我在裏面，不然我衹能流落街頭了，因為離開的飛機太晚了不然我衹能流落街頭了，因為離開的飛機太晚了

It was close to the event. Parking included. Staff friendly and accomodating. Not the first time we have stayed wont be the last.

Helpful staff prior and during stay. Property tidy but a bit tired. Few areas needed more attention re cleaning eg: crockery and showers. Not enough crockery for number staying. But overall comfortable place to stay and nice swimming pool.

Check in was almost a take it or leave attitude. “Your room is over there and on the 2nd floor. The lift looked like something they bought second hand from Noah’s Ark.
The shower head was floppy and would not stay up.
The rooms were not serviced at all during our stay.
All in all not a hotel I would return to.

Great location, great facilities and fabulous staff. Easy checkin and checkout process. Great value for money, will definitely return when staying inn Melbourne again.
