Quầy tiếp tân rất hữu ích. Phòng rất sạch sẽ với tất cả các tiện nghi được cung cấp. Nhiều quán ăn cách đó một quãng đi bộ ngắn. Một nơi dễ chịu để ở với mức giá của họ.

The room is clean and comes with a wonderful river view. The bedding is very comfy.

The location of the hotel is very near to the Fog Bridge, the room is clean, tidy & comfortable. The toilet also clean. We can see the scenery from the balcony. Very beautiful & peaceful. All the stuff work very well. The man in the front desk (Mr. Chan) very helpful & kind , he show me the map & explain where to go, he even help us to bring our luggages to our room in the third floor & also vring it across the bridge when we go back to the railway station. There are a lot of restaurants & shops surround it. We satisfied with this hotel & recommended to the one who want to come to fenghuang ancient city.

Nothing much to say about this Homestay. However the receptionist was friendly.

Very nice hotel. The location is amazing and the rooms with view to the river are very nice. The staff was impeccable. He didn’t speak English but manage to have nice conversation with us through wechat. Room is clean, bed comfortable and all the amenities are very good. I totally recommend this hotel and village!

It is located just by the river. The hotel is lovely and clean. I was offered for a room upgrade with minimal payment and I got a room facing the beautiful river. The location is within the ancient town, but not at the bustling area, which makes it perfect because I can have quiet and tranquil atmosphere without so many tourists.

Near to the folklore theater, fog bridge. Very helpful and give all the information we need. Clean and cozy room.

We booked the Suite room (5 persons) located on the 3rd floor and we loved it. The location is quite a walk from the center and this was what we love about it. The only concern is that there is a little noise from construction works in the morning. Other than that, all are great.

Everything was perfect, superb services, the staff was helpful, excellent place to stay. Rooms were very clean and modern.

Nice room and clean. There was a huge TV and the AC worked perfectly. The best part of the hotel are their hosts. Super friendly and helpful. The hotels along the river are not easy to find even if you have an accurate maps app, especially if you don't speak Chinese, like us. Fortunately, the taxi driver who drove us from the train station, called the hotel before arriving, so the hotel host went to pick us up at the drop off point and helped us with the luggage. Hosts didn't speak Spanish nor English (the languages we can speak) but they helped us a lot with indications and tips using translators in our phones. They were extremely patient and nice. One of our best hotel experiences in China.

The hotel we stayed at was very nice. I traveled with five friends. The host welcomed us. Thank you for serving us so kindly. The location of the hotel is very good. because it was on the river bank, it had a really nice view. very good for the price. All hotel facilities are very clean. Loved that the shower had great pressure.

We have 4 persons in total to travel together and this hotel provided a suite which can accommodate 5 persons. Great amenities and location which just right in front of the area.

When we have arrived, the room couldn't be prepared. They said that the toilet had problems because of the previous guest, so they arranged another room for 1 night but not as the same like we ordered. It was and old facility not the modern one. But the services was excellent. They really took care of everything. I am amazed tho. The amenities was good, but please take good care of the towels. Some of them looks like used too often and not as soft as before. The place is near in the center of ancient town, just walk for 5 mins and voila..you got yourself the crowd. The night lights so amazing. So many people took photos too. At the end, this place is a good hospitality. I reccomend it.
