Nice late night stop over, close to I-95, friendly customer service, unlike other motels, flexible and safe place

Paid for 2 queen beds and got 2 double beds. At check in attendant was more concerned about the dogs behind counter then me trying to check in

Room smelled of smoke along with excessive disinfectant. Roach in the coffee maker. Cigarett burns on the bathtub.

The lady at the counter was fantastic. Unfortunately she gets to work in an environment with 3 cats that stay there all the time. The lobby smelled like cat urine. It was disgusting. There was a motorcycle in the breakfast area. The outdoor pool is not maintained it was green and uncovered. We stayed March 13 - the pool should have been closed for the season. The door to our room didn’t close all the way you could see the daylight around it. There was pieces of the ceiling missing and the plug for the tub was absent on the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and clean. At that point that was all we could take comfort in. We are staying at another Red Roof in Bordentown NJ March 14 and this place is immaculate. Staff, property and rooms. What a relief. This is what I’m comparing the last one with. They are not all created equal

OK accommodations, but the facility needs some renovations. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were welcoming.

Am thinking that they are probably still renovating. Clean hotel. Area looks like the travel traffic has declined Two mid sized hotels in the area look to have closed, one right next door. Hopefully it does not cause a loitering or crime issue for this Red Roof. My door knob was broken, other than that, nothing to complain about. If hotels in the immediate area are closing and this Red Roof is surviving, they are obviously doing something right.

The crow that stayed there was horrible. My next door neighbor was on a phone all night. Loudly and obviously. I couldn’t sleep all night

Room was fairly clean and comfortable other than the ceiling in the shower falling down. Lots of noise outside and in adjacent rooms till 3AM. Arguments in the parking lot and even a 4 wheeler buzzing around. Looked like a lot of non guests around. We didn’t get much sleep.

Not suitable for big truck parking! Above average interstate hotel.

Rooms are old, worn and dirty. Linens are clean, service is ok. Lots of very seedy characters lurking around outside. Looks like a lot of rooms are used by locals for long term residence.

Easy on/off from I 95. Several eating options. Great hot shower! Most importantly, pet friendly.

It was lack of communication. When I checked in it was before check in time but before I proceeded with the process I asked will I get the days I paid for on my app before I made reservations. The receptionist said yes but made me check out a day before because I checked in before check in time . So I made a reservation for 8-10 and they made me check out the 9th ending it off with “ if I want to stay till the 10th I would have to pay “ when I paid on this app already.

There were bugs and trash and smelled like smoke and dirty blankets

The laundry was right next to our bed walls and we could hear the machines running at night
