The hot tub is a spill over into the main pool. So the hot tub will be the same temp as the pool water. If you pay for hot tub / pool heat it will heat the hot tub to 104 degrees and keep the pool water at a constant 84 degrees. It will cost an extra $30 a day to cover energy costs. If you decide to have pool heat it will be charged for the full duration of your stay. 3. If you would like to have a 2 burner BBQ grill for your stay it will cost $125 for the week. There is a company that delivers it with a full tank of propane. Please let me know if you would like me to order one.4. The AC units are brand new and work well. However the thermostats have been locked at 72 degrees because if the run colder they do run the chance of freezing the condensers. That said the house is very comfortable and cool and there are ceiling fans in many rooms.6. Please remember there is no smoking, of any kind, inside or outside our home. There will be a $250 penalty to deep clean if the house smells like smoke.7. The HOA has strict rules on parking. Only 2 cars are allowed to park on the driveway of the house and must not block the sidewalk. There is also no street parking. If you have additional cars, they must park by the club house and walk back to the house or car pool back to the house.
