Very poor experience. We have used Ace Hotels in France several times whilst travelling. This one was not very clean, 1 pillow each, had to ask for more which sent the receptionist on a hunt around the hotel to obtain more. This is situated within a very busy rest area of the motorway to M****illes and yet there is no car park security to ensure your vehicles are secure. The bathroom was very small, the shower was very difficult to get in and out of, no hand rails to hold. The towel rail within the shower area was hanging off the wall. The security light which is obviously in the car parking area was constantly coming on during the night, which gave rise to the possibility that someone was lurking around the vehicles. The bed was not up to the standard of other Ace hotels we have stayed in. Got the feeling it had been another brand of hotel, taken over and just superficially refurbished. Very poor experience and one we will not repeat.

Ayant passé 1 semaine ds cet hôtel, je peux vs assurer que vous ne serez pas déçu. Le personnel est très agréable et bienveillant. Les chambre PMR ou simples sont propres et la literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est varié et de qualité Malgré la proximité de l'autoroute, il n'y a pas de bruit. Merci pour leur accueil.

Un bon hôtel pour faire étape au milieu du trajet. Après, évidemment, c'est sur une aire d'autoroute, donc on n'y restera jamais plus d'une nuit, il n'empêche que le confort est agréable et qu'on y dort bien (pas de nuisance sonore malgré la proximité de l'autoroute).

Joli petit hôtel, très agréable, personnel vraiment sympathique et très agréable, petit déjeuner buffet proposant un bel assortiment. Une belle surprise ! Si nous devons de nouveau faire un trajet sur deux jours en passant par ici, nous nous arrêterons de nouveau sans hésiter !

la deception de voir que notre reservation concernait un hotel sur une aire d'autoroute s'est vite effacée car
Nous etions au calme dans les hauteurs et au milieu des pins. De plus il faut souligner l'accueil et le dévouement du personnel qui devient de plus en plus rare.

L'hôtel est situé SUR L'AIRE D'AUTOROUTE Montpellier - Fabrègues ! Un choc à notre arrivée ! Rien n'indique dans la présentation de l'hôtel qu'il se situe sur l'autoroute (à péage de surcroit) : un oubli (volontaire ou pas) qui a gâché notre week-end ! Même si les gestionnaires ont été adorables, impossible de trouver un autre hôtel en ce week-end pascal et nous avons dû rester sur cette aire d'autoroute alors que nous pensions être dans le village de Fabrègues. NOUS AVONS ETE TROMPES sur la localisation de l'hôtel. Accès piéton par une route secondaire à l'arrière de l'hôtel (inconnue du GPS et sans aucune signalisation). Bref, une mauvaise expérience à ne pas renouveler !

L'hébergement est facile d'accès. Près de l'autoroute, mais on entend très peu les bruits des véhicules roulant à 130 km/h.
Le personnel est très agréable et accessible.
La chambre est propre.
