Clean and newer, just beware of height of the room. If you are taller than 5 feet make sure you dont get room 301 or 302. Restaurant crew fenomenal as is the food. Will definitely stay here again.

Great views from the room and all around the Hotel.Mountain views with a river flowing beside it.Friendly Staff.The Hotel is solid stone building with heavy timbers inside and out which adds to the sense of being in a special place.

Excellent service delicious food, rooms spotless & fresh clean smell when you open the door very spacous only stayed one night as on motorbike tour loads of choice for breakfast staff very friendly & helpfull even though our Spanish is not good

Excellent hotel for a pit stop. Food was delicious rooms very comfortable really good value for money. We’re a bunch of bikers en-route around Northern Spain and this hotel was a perfect location for the ride to the Pyrenees. Only 3’30” from Santander ferry so far enough to break the back of the journey but not too far that you can spend an enjoyable evening of food and beer 😀 Would certainly recommend

RESATURANTE el peor servicio que he tenido nunca. Mal, tarde, pescado congelado, incomible al no ser producto fresco,... todo excusas.No entiendo como es que no se publican los comentarios. Esta es la segunda vez. Los borra el restaurante?

El hotel es un alojamiento modesto en la misma carretera. Recomiendo que no se reserve el aparcamiento porque te cobran casi 8 €/día y se puede aparcar sin problemas en la calle (en nuestro caso, nos dieron la opción de anular esa reserva y lo hicimos; solo coger el aparcamiento si se quiere que el coche esté en parking cerrado y no en la calle). Merece la pena coger el desayuno porque es variado y abundante; además, por la zona no hay sitios para comer, así es que sí o sí vas a comer allí. El restaurante lo utilizamos para las cenas y hay que bajar pronto (sobre las 8) porque se llena tanto de clientes del hotel como de fuera; la relación calidad-precio es muy buena porque ponen cantidad en las raciones y los bocadillos y las hamburguesas son muy grandes. En recepción no siempre hay alguien para que atienda, pero la atención es buena. Como pega, decir que una de las noches se fue la luz y tardaron en conseguir que volviera. En general, es un buen lugar para visitar el Valle del Baztán.

Les chambres sont modernes et confortables, restaurant et cafétéria avec terrasse, accueil agréable, (je parle espagnol) je suppose que c'est le même en français, reservations parfois contradictoires, suivant le site choisi.

No hablaré del hotel sino de su servicio de restauración. Antes se comía en un acogedor salón-comedor, con mantel, vistas al paisaje, excelente servicio y buen menú y precio. Ahora, ese comedor está cerrado, y hay que comer en el bar, junto a la barra, un lugar cutre, oscuro, sin ningún encanto. Las mesas sin mantel, un simple papel individual y aguantando esa desagradable costumbre del televisor encendido. Y el precio del menú de diario 15 euros,con vino y gaseosa, pero el vino joven y muy vulgar. Únicamente se salva el añadido de la terraza exterior. Y el aparcamiento sin sombra. Solía parar con frecuencia a comer. También en paradas más breves, un café, una caña, etc y aprovechar que en el bar había periódicos a disposición de los clientes, que ahora ya no se ofrecen. No volveré a parar.

Teniamos reserva de dos noches para el 17 de agosto. La sorpresa fue que el 2 de agosto nos llaman del hotel, diciendonos que tenian un problema de overbooking y que nos ofrecian habitacion en un hotel cerca del aeropuerto de Donostia. Tuvimos que cancelar la estància con la consiguiente devolucions del importe, que ya nos habian cobrado por anticipado.
