This hotel is newly open so is very beautiful and clean. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. But as a new hotel it had some hiccups such as the indoor pool being closed for maintenance, the doors and elevators not working sometimes. Also if you are looking for beachfront this hotel is not beachfront. The view of the ocean is beautiful but you have to cross a busy street and walk a ways to get to the beach. The traffic noise is very loud even in the middle of the night. We found it hard to sleep. The menu was very minimal so we did not eat at the hotel often. There are many restaurants in walking distance so this wasn’t a huge problem. One thing I didn’t like was having to pay for water at the bar. Five euros for a bottle of water? We walked to the BP gas station where a 1.5 liter of water was 0,75euros. The gym is pretty small and the weight machines are not user friendly. We were there for 10 nights so got a real feel for the place. I personally would not stay there again.

We left. Too noisy to sleep even though we pre requested a high quiet room room 524 due to hearing issues. Above traffic lights and a roundabout. A huge vent system disgorged on to our balcony. Fire alarm with no apology or explanation though there was a kitchen fire. Not professional. Three very loud nights before it became too much. Lovely staff who on our departure wished us a good nights sleep. We discussed compensation. The ******* management overruled the lovely front of desk staff and offered us a comp night. Ridiculously arrogant. I’m in travel and have been for 40 years. Poor staff….
