地理位置優越，房間很大，設施齊全，唯一缺點就是隔音不太好，早上被隔壁的關門聲音吵醒了，感覺地板都有點晃動

環境：很好，就在展館旁邊，參展首選這裏。 設施：你以為應該有的這裏不一定有，比如一次性用品如牙膏牙刷拖鞋都是要問才會給你提供，還好我有自帶。 餐飲配套服務很一般，不如到外面吃。 後面是一個付費的公園園區，風景很美。 服務：酒店應有水準，沒什麼好吐槽。

Very nice. Lovely rooms and bathrooms. And it seemed quiet even though fairly full. A good service from a helpful reception team. The rooms cleaned and tidied daily - unless you put out the do not disturb sign. It's a modern hotel in a good location for our favourite part of Essen and has easy parking. It's going to be my regular for Essen.

I am deeply disappointed and outraged by the service I've received from Atlantic Congress Hotel. In an era where flexibility and customer satisfaction should be paramount, the hotel's rigid policies and lack of accommodation have caused nothing but frustration and concern. I had booked a stay at the hotel but due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to travel. It should have been a simple process to transfer my reservation to my friend, whom I was supposed to travel with, but the hotel refused to change the name on the reservation without first receiving full payment from my friend. This is simply unacceptable and incomprehensible that a hotel in 2024 operates with such archaic and inflexible methods. Having to pay twice for the same reservation is not only unreasonable, it's also a gross example of poor customer service. It seriously concerns me whether I will ever see my money again, now that it is already caught in the hotel's bureaucratic snare. I expected much more from an established hotel, especially in a time when technology and customer service should make such changes effortless. This has been an eye-opener for me, and I will think twice before ever considering booking with Atlantic Hotel again. I will also make sure to inform my acquaintances of this experience so they can avoid falling into the same trap.

From the moment I arrived, welcoming smile from the receptionist, Pia, who set the tone for the entire experience. Pia's dedication to guest satisfaction was further highlighted when she promptly resolved a minor issue with my breakfast , showcasing the hotel's commitment to delivering top-notch service. the hotel's location was superb. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions and restaurants nearby. The breathtaking views from my room added an extra layer of charm to my stay, making it a truly unforgettable experience
