Comfortable bed. Very polite Staff. Good and tasty breakfest . Quite nad nice - moreover closely to port and Beach. In heart of medina so closely to shops and restaurants. But there is a possibility to eat in riad too.

Perfect choice for a visit to Essaouira. Ideal location in centre and easily found using Google Maps and only 10 minutes walk from the Supratours bus terminal which is 3 hours comfortable ride from their terminal adjacent to Marrakech Railway Station. Located in an extremely quiet area but within "5 minutes walk from everywhere"!!. The hosts at Riad AYLAL are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are clean and comfortable with hot showers and breakfast was certainly adequate for a day's wandering around Essaouira! The views from the ramparts (5 minutes walk from the riad) are certainly spectacular as is the fishing port area just another 5 minutes away! Essaouira is the sort of place where you can get out of your comfort zone and try the "local delicacies" - especially the seafood snacks at some unbelievably low prices. A definite recommend is Stall 5 in the central area overlooking the sea front where you choose your own freshly caught fish that morning, to be cooked "on the spot". Even though I had 6 Moroccan friends to help in the "negotiations", it certainly was a great experience and great value for money that all visitors to Essaouira should experience! Get away from Agadir & Casablanca! Experience the "real Moroccans style of living" at Riad AYLAL, the central pedestrian area with all its surprises and finish off your day at the "Beach & Friends" and experience the beach sunset with a "cool cocktail" as you think of your friends and family back in Europe enduring their "freezing February temperatures" without a glimmer of "Moroccan winter sunshine"!!!

Hôtel très basic, pratique pour 2 ou 3 nuits et pas cher, en plein dans la médina mais au calme. Bons petits déjeuners copieux mais qui ne sont pas servis avant 8h. Chambres pas bien insonorisées, confort de la literie moyenne, oreillers bien trop épais, eau et débit d’eau chaude dans la douche qui laisse à désirer. Sinon les chambres sont spacieuses et les wc séparés de la salle de bain. Le personnel est très gentil. Faut laisser la clé de chambre à la réception si on veut que la chambre soit faite.

Un petit prix mais les chambres, la propreté et la literie sont moyennes. Mauvaises odeur dans l'escalier. Très bon petit petit-déjeuner en revanche avec jus de fruit frais. Accueil gentil mais sans plus. Très central et calme au fond d'une impasse.

Suvayr'da konaklayacağınız en iyi mekanlardan. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Konumu çok iyi, sessiz. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Mustafa bizimle çok ilgilendi. Kahvaltı doyurucu ve çok tazeydi. Geldiğimiz mevsimden dolayı geceleri biraz serindi. Isıtıcı istedik hemen bir elektrikli ısıtıcı verdiler. Denize ve çarşıya yakın.

Le riad se trouve au fond d'une petite allée en plein centre de la médina. Notre chambre de dix places était immense (salle de bain et toilettes separés). Le lieu est au calme et la terrasse très agréable. L'équipe est très pro et le petit déjeuner copieux, varié et goûteux.

Ho avuto la sfortuna di alloggiare in questo Riad ad agosto 2022. La camera, appena “pulita” per il check-in, emanava una terribile puzza di piscio e di fogna oltre ad avere asciugamani e lenzuola pieni di macchie e peli altrui. La pulizia, in generale, non è per nulla curata sia per la zona bagno così come per la zona. Da aggiungere per quel che riguarda la camera è che è presente una singola finestra la quale non chiudendosi bene fa entrare spifferi d’aria di continuo (considerando che Essaouira è una città molto ventosa, reca molto fastidio in qualsiasi stagione). Per quel che riguarda il personale, quest’ultimo non ha avuto nemmeno la decenza di accoglierci con un minimo di ospitalità. Inoltre, la notte è stato impossibile chiudere occhio in quanto dalla terrazza dello stesso Riad dei giovani hanno deciso di far festa con tanto di schiamazzi e urla fino a tarda notte senza che nessuno intervenisse! Consiglio pertanto di trovare altre sistemazioni visto che ad Essaouira si può trovare di molto MEGLIO ad un prezzo persino più BASSO!

Petit Riad simple mais très correct, bien placé au centre de la médina. Personnel agréable. Chambre tout en longueur avec lit simple, bon espace, salle de bain en bout avec produits de toilette, par contre seul un tabouret pour s'assoir, wifi très mauvaise en chambre, mais parfaite dans l'espace commun du rez de chaussée. J'avais pris la demi pension, repas maison savoureux au diner, petit déjeuner moyen. Sinon les horaires des repas vraiment tardifs 8h30 et 20h30. Prix raisonnables.
