Me and my husband had a brilliant time at TUI magic life.first time in jandia!!we have been too futerventura a few times now.but this was the best.our room was lovely.the bed was so comfortable and the maids kept it spotless.the whole off this hotel is 10 out off 10 for the cleaning..food was fantastic and and the drinks were great too..thankyou TUI magic life..we will be back one day

We’ve had a great time so far, fantastic hotel for families with older children. The hotel itself is a great size and we never felt overwhelmed by people, there’s always a quiet spot if that’s what you’re looking for. The beach is down some steps and great to break up the day, a 40 minute walk along the beach takes you to a shopping centre with lots of offer. Using the scooters to get back is a must! Our 3 boys have loved all the entertainment and activities provided. A special mention to Chelsea who runs teen club, she goes above and beyond for everyone. We are already looking for our next magic life holiday.

So clean and beautiful setting. Food was amazing such fresh fruit and meat and veg. Loved it, kids had amazing time at kids club which was a bonus 3 hours free time in the afternoons! Pool scene is great and pool bar serves some great food in the afternoon. Will definitely come back again!

Lovely report with amazing beaches Lots to do and quiet Food was lovely and lots of choice Sports facilities were good but could do with football having a member of staff there Lovely boat trips and jet skiing nearby Good entertainment and helpful staff

The food is excellent and is great to have the pool snack bar incase you miss lunch. Pool is very beautiful although many tiles are loose and have seem a few people cut themselves. Has not bothered me though. It is wonderful having the beach so close and is only a 5 minute walk from our room.

We visited tui magic life for a week in the school holidays. The hotel itself was lovely, great facilities for all ages. All the children in our group had a great time, especially playing in the pool and splash park. We used the birthday celebration package whilst here at the hotel and the staff went above and beyond!

###WARNING### When I arrived Saturday 20th April 2024 the fitness pool was closed and stayed that way for the week. The main lake pool which is the largest pool looked in desperate need of repair due to many areas of the pool missing tiles. I’m writing this post because during my stay a lady cut herself on the broken tiles in the main lake pool. I was also advised to be careful in the pool by one of the entertainment staff as a previous guest required stitches due to another cut from the broken tiles. When I raised my concerns at the TUi desk and asked why they are still allowing guests to use a pool they know is dangerous, they had no answer. I also asked why they did not inform me of the pool closure and terrible state of the lake pool before I travelled, once again they had no answer. After a very difficult complaints procedure I sent TUI an email with pictures and detailed how dangerous the lake pool is. They offered an apology, £71 or a voucher for £143 off a future holiday. Very poor from TUI in every department and I will not be booking another TUI holiday! Unless both pools are fully repaired, my advice would be don’t risk it!!

TUI Magic Life Fuerteventura is exceptional for the price, we travelled as a couple for the week and we really appreciated the facilities. There is a gym, a beautiful beach just a few steps away from the hotel, several food and drink options (breakfast being our favourite) and the amount of activities to participate in was astounding, from archery (our favourite) darts, football, tennis, dance classes, Pilates, volleyball, water polo etc. The entertainment team are excellent and namely the best of the bunch was Diego who taught us archery. Diego was so thorough, experienced, friendly and fun throughout our stay and he made us want to participate in all the activities he hosted. A genuinely lovely person with a great fun loving attitude. Thank you for making our holiday, we will be back!
