The room is reasonably priced for what it is close enough to the tram and nice town to visit and mall.

We looked our stay BBQ Sunny Residencia. The rooms are clean and quiet with efficient aircon, and it offers a shared kitchen to prepare some food and short orders. It also has a washing machine to wash clothes. It is a bit outside the center of Barcelona, but well connected with public transport (about 30 min). We will certainly consider staying there again when back in Barcelona.

Absolutely would recommend, 10 out of 10, we book this out of the blue, not expecting anything but it really amazed us, the property have fancy technology for you to check in. The host was very keen on helping us. Would go back again.

Room was very clean, cool and spacious. The balcony was very beautiful especially in the morning. Bathroom was clean and we didn’t have to wait around to use it personally (was usually empty). Other guests were friendly. Air con was a treat in the heat. There is no lift so if you have luggage can be a struggle up to the 3rd floor but we managed! Host was very accommodating when contacted and was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great stay.

Toda la atención muy bien, el auto check-in sencillo y excelente atención de parte de la casera. Fácil acceso, a través de metro y tranvía. Las instalaciones, espectaculares. ¡Muy muy recomendable!

Al principio me parecía un lugar que no tenía nada qje ver con un hotel, pero ala entrar fue otra cosa, muy limpio, estupendo, muy bonita la habitación y muy moderno

어머니와 가족여행중에 스페인민박을 경험하고 싶어 선택했습니다. 아쉽지만 호스트나 다른 게스트와 마주칠 기회가 없었습니다. 방은 매우 작았고 시설은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 공용주방은 다른 게스트는 사용하지 않았고 호스트만 사용하였습니다. 기대했던 스페인민박경험이 아니었습니다.

No hay cubiertos, solo palillos chinos, intuyo que viven de continuo allí alguien que solo usa eso, había un montón de cosas en la cocina y estaba bastante sucia, la nevera estaba llena no había sitio, hay horario de uso de la cocina de 7 a 23 y mi eso no me gustó. Las fotos no hacen justicia de cómo realmente es, por ejemplo en nuestra habitación no había ningún tipo de terraza. La bañera se atasca, tardé menos de 10 minutos en ducharme y estuvo por lo menos 15 minutos para tragar todo el agua. No nos pusieron toallas, y había muy poco papel higiénico. Los de abajo tenían un gato súper cariñoso y el aire acondicionado bien aunque solo hay un mando para todos los de la estancia y si lo encuentras bien pero nosotros no lo encontramos para apagarlo y tuvimos que dormir toda la noche con él puesto y pasamos mucho frío. La habitación no vale lo que cuesta.
