예약시의 이미지와는 약간 달랐지만(아마 다른 타입의 방인듯 함) 충분히 훌륭한 방. 냉장고가 있고 테이블이 충분히 넓어 방에 머물며 작업하기 편리했다. 한가지 아쉬운것은 침대는 넉넉한 퀸사이즈이나 이불은 슈퍼싱글정도의 사이즈라 침대 전체를 커버하진 못했다. 하지만 이외의 모든 것은 만족스럽다. 숙소 내에서 간단한 음식과 음료를 판매하고있으며, 5분거리에 Aldi가 있어 편리하다.

Average overall but good option when Nuremberg is full. 15 minute walk to the train station so easy to move around. Nice position close to the market and restaurants of Erlangen. The breakfast was average quality, rooms are clean but nothing very special.

Check in/out fast and easy. Staff is always friendly and customer focused. Rooms are superb and in good conditions. Housekeeping is doing a great job. Free WiFi is fast and stable enough for HD streaming. Indoor car paring for a good price. The Gym is good for cardio and a bit weight training. As a Accor diamond member I got more than I expected. My first hotel choice in this region! Many thx to all

My wife and I spent four nights at this hotel. We found the experience to be excellent. The staff consistently presented with a warm and supportive disposition. The place was clean and located well compared to the downtown area. Breakfast were of a very high quality (and quantity). From the hotel, we easily walked to the Marketplatz, the museums, restaurants, and malls. Getting to and from Erlangen was easy via an excellent train service. We recommend this hotel and its staff without reservation.

Staff response after finding cockroaches in my room was beyond acceptable and disappointing. No action was taken by staff, leaving the roaches in the room and offering a worst room than the one I already had. When mentioned that the room that was being offered was worst the reaction of staff was “This is what we have take it or leave it, claiming there were no more rooms on that same floor (not considering other options even after incident)

The sofa bed bedding was awful! Bedsheets are tiny for that kind of bed! The cleaning was ok. We were not amazed of the size of the room. Unfortunately one of us had to crawl or walk on the bed to the other side of the sofa! It is a shame! Otherwise was ok and probably we come back. The breakfast was really good!

We had a three night stay in Erlangen to visit the Bergkirchweih festival - it was a wonderful opportunity to spend time in a great city in Franconia and see the festival after two cancelled years. Staff were excellent and very supportive and helpful and the rooms were more than adequate although a little tired. Breakfast was excellent and the staff in the mornings were uniformly eager to please. We will certainly stay again when we return.

Absolutely clean and well kept property in best location, just a few minutes walking distance from the city centre. All hotel staff, especially at the front office and breakfast are very very very friendly and professional, this is so important nowadays. You really feel everybody is passionate in this hotel. Thanks a lot for this!

Like always, good hotel with great staff. Very nice location, you can walk to the center and nearby restaurants. Very nice breakfast and a special attention to the environment and sustainability with engaging the gest with rewarding initiatives.
