When we checked in we rang the bell and waited for a good 10 minutes until someone arrived to check us in. It was around 4 pm. I did not know there was a 50.00 deposit. Someone had spilled a sticky drink in the elevator and no one cleaned it up in the 2 days we stayed at the hotel. The room was clean. It is a convenient location.

The front door wouldn’t open when I step out side my door card would not work so I had to bang on the door until the desk clerk heard me said yes the door was broken and no phone there to call front desk

Room was spacious and clean however could use repairs. Tub had rust stains, loose shower head, missing panel on sink counter, missing tiles in hot tub, etc. Great service from staff and breakfast was above average. We only stayed a night so it wasn't a deal breaker but definitely in need of some maintenance and servicing.

Well they had alot of miss management. Not to many that are friendly w when i all house keeping and giving them trash never replaced with new or i ***** my bed had it to them and like they didn't understand so i had to go to front desk and ask about 4 for my linen and towels. And the keys constantly don't work cause 1 they say was only keyed for one day even though we have been here 2 weeks. Every day have to have them rekeyed. The food area definitely needs improvrment. Ex making a waffle. It was 929 and you took utensil a and tongs to take them out with knowing i just put them on and then to the silverware and napkins and 2 days they had no plates had to put everything in bowls. 3 of front desk did a tremendous job but the shifts you can tell wear on them. A gentleman had to work 3rd shift and first shift management should pick up the slack or help his staff.

We normally stay at 4 star hotels but we were finishing up the day late so thought we would try here. We were impressed and would stay there again.

The pictures online doesn’t represent the actual room in person. Sheets were dirty had stains. Bathtub had stains. Vomit on the pool floor.

The hot tub didnt work. I asked for a room with a bath, they gave us the handicap room with a seat in the shower. Room wasnt fully cleaned when we entered. Broken closet door with broken glass on front. Definitely a wild time. Please use less chlorine in your pool and let guest know the heater is broken. Very disappointed

Pros: Nice location, room size was good, nice staff, pool was good. Has breakfast
Cons; Could hear other guests most of the night. Bathroom needed an update.
For one night it was perfect.
