Full of migrants not open to public Sitting all out the front Just been dumped here They all outside messing about Lots of rubbish around hotel Had a walk around hotel very hostile place Do not go Kept hidden in westhill so nobody see s them but when and look because there is always alot of noise

Nice comfort hotel, big car park, just fine room and nice breakfast! The staff are amazing starting from the day shift ladies who checked us in, very friendly and everything was ready for us, they also writ a list of nice landmarks to visit in Aberdeen which was very useful👍🏻 Noel the breakfast chef is the highlight of the morning, friendly and personalized service! The evening team also a stars, they are very helpful and kind! Dont mess the hotel dinner menu, I recommend the chicken platter 👍🏻

Friendly helpful staff. Room was small but clean and modern and perfect for what we needed. A fair bit out of the city, but this suited us as we were avoiding the city and looking around at other activities on the outskirts. Hotel itself is in a sort of industrial area with building work going on. No noise or any bother, but it’s not an area for walking around or scenic views. Breakfast was great particularly for the kids. Would definitely return for another short break.

Didn’t even get to arrive. Got an email 2 days before arrival saying it’s been cancelled and that they’re rebooking into the hotel right next to the airport to late at this stage to find alternative.

The rooms are modern and clean, the breakfast is decent. It has a good sized gym with a mix of equipment. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The evening meals arent special but there are other options in the area.

We had a lovely stay here and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. A special mention has to go to the hotel gym which was really well kitted out. The breakfast is also great and it had a lot of variety. The chef even made my nephew fresh waffles! It’s such good value for money and we would have paid double what we did. The friendly staff and warm welcome was just a cherry on the top

My experience in this Hotel warmed my heart in a cold city. From the Check in to the Housekeeper to the complimentary breakfast. Please look for Abel from Morroco in the Kitchen, he will make your breakfast time delightful. Will sure recommend you stay here.

Nice modern hotel In lovely area with beautiful room and great amenities including an amazing buffer breakfast and a useful fitness room also kind and friendly staff that were very welcoming! Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here in a twin & Queen family room with my wife and two adult children as we were heading into town for a night out! The boys twin room was fine but when I tried to get in to our room the keycard wouldn’t work. Went back down to reception & the young lady apologised as she’d given me the wrong room number. I went back up to our allotted room which was 105, upon entry there were dirty towels strewn on the floor & in the bathroom & both beds were unmade with the duvets all mussed up & an ironing board set up just inside the door with an iron sitting on it! I wen downstairs to reception AGAIN & the young lady was agast & so was the manager, Apologies were made and we were given another room that was fine but at the other end of the hotel from our sons rooms! Breakfast next morning was horrendous with various hot breakfast items not being filled up quick enough, sausages were so dry they were inedible, juice machine out of order, no milk for cereal, coffee etc Not nearly enough staff on duty to ensure that breakfast went smoothly! Even the manager & young woman at reception admitted it had been a disaster that morning! I have stayed at this hotel several times pre-pandemic and it was great! They hopefully find there feet again soon as they need to pull their socks up I’m afraid!

Lacks character and location in midlife construction site with a terrible view . Breakfast was good when finally food was ready and lack of staff to ask for assistance. Good value for money but unlikely to go back

Stayed here for the weekend 27-29th of January. Arrived and checked in without any problems and the gentleman was very friendly. Explained how to get to our room what time breakfast was at. Rooms was spotless and everything you needed was there to use. Breakfast in the morning is a buffet style where they even have a separate gluten free area. Meat free can be cooked at request. Fresh waffles made to required and even the bacon can be made to the way you like it. All the staff were lovely and friendly. The full hotel works with a card system so you need your key card on you at all times. This works the lift access to the stairs and your room which I thought was a fantastic safely measure. There is a gym but we didn't use it. Would recommend and would definitely book again

The Hampton hotel is ideal place to stay while visiting Aberdeen It is close to both city centre and airport Easy accessible Staff are so welcoming nothing is a bother to them I had a queen room it was of a high standard good shower liked I could relax comfortably has everything you need for a comfortable stay G

We have just returned from new years eve stay at this hotel. Hotel immaculate with everything modern and clean. Rooms and reception areas very comfortable and beatifully presented. All staff were friendly , helpful and knowledgable with nothing being too much trouble. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with great selection of quality choices and chef on hand checking with guests that they had everything they needed. Brilliant stay will be back soon Special thanks to wonderful staff who worked through new year to provide such excellent care and service. Well done Hampton by Hilton
