The front desk clerk was rude as hell, the building was having some construction work done, our room smelled like a pile of wet clothes and they had a leak somewhere that had most of the carpet wet and was running to the bathroom floor as well… It was not a good idea to have stayed at this hotel…

We booked 2 rooms for our team doing a job in town. When they arrived they were told that the rooms were cancelled and ******* had failed to notify us. After some talking they were able to rent the rooms as reserved. The rooms were in terrible shape a they were remodeling. They had to take cold showers as there was no hot water. The sink leaked so bad in one the floor was wet. The shower heads leaked and sprayed everywhere. After it is remodeled it will probably be ok but our experience was terrible.

I canceled my room due to the conditions. Had to book at a different hotel due to the unhealthy and unsanitary conditions.

Lamps did not work. One cord was missing a plug. Smallest soap bars I have ever seen - smaller than your little finger. Remodeling debris evident in and near lobby.

I asked about the complimentary breakfast and the employee stated they haven’t had breakfast since COVID. You should take it off of the website.

Service was just ok, kind of old hotel with room for improvement, some dirt because under construction, ok surrounding areas.
