Rooms were tiny. Bed was not comfortable. They charge $100 fee when you check in and dont release until days later.

The petson working the front desk at 3am on 2/24/24 has a horrible attitude and doesnt know the first thing about customer service and appropriate interaction with guests. Very rude and cones off as a smart ass.

The rooms were clean but the hallways needed some help. The staff was friendly and fast. This is a great hotel for pre-flight stay.

Staff was wonderful. There was a marriage workshop there and the breakfast area was very crowded and busy but all was good!

When we first arrived the agent that was Manning the desk looked at us like we were a huge inconvenience to him. When we first arrived the agent that was Manning the desk looked at us like we were a huge inconvenience to him. He was watching something on television and didnt like that he was intrupted. When he Approach does , he didnt say how can i help you instead he say " what do you need" i said i have a reservation and he replied "i dont know how thats possible i have no rooms." I said i made the reservation anf when i did they said there were rooms. "I doubt that". He finally was able to find my reservation and he rudely put the paper to sign on the desk and " said sign this". He never told us about the free breakfast, or anything else for that matter. There were teo people checking in after us. Not sure how he treated them but he was super rude to us. His name was Juan , and wr checked the envening of 17th of February 2024.

Very friendly staff. My room was clean and neat. Only drawback was the room was very small. Not a chair at a desk because there was not room. Just a small room bed from one side to the other. But the A/C worked great. Nice warm shower. Lights in bathroom were great for applying makeup. I will stay again but ask fr a bigger room.

I liked the location close to airport, comedy club, restaurants. The property is an aging one. Main elevator kinda noisy and shakes a lot went stopping on lower floor, while the other elevator close too our wing was out of order. First room we were assigned, the door lock would not open even though the green lights activated on panel. We were given another room which door worked just fine but having to make the long walk back to desk was a pain, we were put in rooms at the very end of hotel. Carpet and furniture need updating but overall it was an okay experience.

I would not stay here again. We had to move rooms twice. The first room was clean but I went to take a shower and the hot water didn’t work. The the next room they moved us to the air conditioner made a terrible noise that there was no way we could sleep with.

I stayed 6 nights. This place was comfortable and very quiet, even for being next to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The day I checked out, my truck battery thought that it would be a good time to say “Nope”. The maintenance man, his name was Jose, ran me to and picked me up from the auto parts store and helped me install the new battery. I call that service and going the extra mile. I will stay here again I. The future.
