H10 Las Palmeras

房間佈局合理，服務很周到，滿意。位置很方便。包兩餐感覺很方便，餐食也比較豐富，是一次愉快的海島度假。

地理位置優越，周圍有很多酒吧、餐廳，裝修風格也有當地特色，酒店雖然有些歷史感，但打掃的很乾凈，房費包含的早晚自助餐也很實惠，非常適合第一次來這裏旅遊的人。值得推薦

Sadly I have to report THREE awful incidents during our holiday at H10 Las Palmeras. First: In the first two hours after arrival my wife and I we having a lunchtime snack in the Privilege Lounge and I bit into a small roll (cheese and chorizo) and broke a tooth on a very hard foreign object in the roll. Such a shock, Richard tried to identify it in his mouth but swallowed much of this portion. Could not spit it all out in front of other guests. Second: Same Lounge another roll at lunchtime next day but carefully bitten into and there was a small piece of rock, the size of two match heads. Third: A few days later, having dinner in the A La Carte restaurant my wife found a piece of plastic ***** in her soup. I made the reasonable request that my dental bill be covered for the hotel but they refuse to accept it happened. Pictures of second roll stone and plastic ***** given to Customer Relations. As a long time user of H10 adult only hotels, we had to book Las Palmeras family hotel for a last minute holiday due to adult only options not being available. That said we were looking forward to the week's break. On arrival it was clear reception was under-staffed due to the queue. With the Privilege check in sited on the side of reception and out of sight of the staff unless they turned around, Privilege clients were left waiting or told to join the main queue. So first impressions were not good. That said the hotel was kept spotlessly clean, restaurant and housekeeping staff were very friendly. The food was brilliant wherever you ate. Pools always looked clean and were ckeaned and tested daily. So a shaky start but a beautiful week. If you don't expect all H10 Privilege facilites you won't be disappointed as some are missing.

Lovely hotel! Here’s my review! We visited from 12-19th April. Pool bar at times had long queues but staff working hard so wouldn’t complain. Always smiley and welcoming. Special thanks to Nicola and Ricardo. Premium brands drinks which is great, just ask for them. If you are all inclusive you are getting same drinks as half board who pay. Lots of guests not all inclusive so they have to sign which holds the queue up. Breakfast, lunch and evening meals in the buffet restaurant are great. There’s something for everyone! Plus more. You also have the option of snack bar around pool for lunch. Great menu. 2 al a carte restaurants too. We ate in the Italian which was nice for a change instead piling your plate up in the buffet restaurant and to be waited on. We didn’t eat in the Japanese. There’s also a coffee and cake cafe which is open in the afternoon to early evening. There are 4 bars but only 2 were open - the pool bar and lobby. Was a shame the other 2 wasn’t open, no idea why not. The cocktail menu throughout the hotel is good. Much nice from the lobby bar as they use glasses, the pool bar can’t. The location is fantastic. Out the back straight onto the walkway along the costal walk to Los Chris or Adeje. You can walk miles, it’s great. Out the front you will find every bar and shop you can think of. From designer to holiday shops. It’s a 5 min walk to the mad and crazy ***** of Veronica’s. You can not hear this from the hotel rooms at the back. We paid for a sea view. It’s lovely and well worth it. Cannot comment on rooms at the front. The rooms are ok, quite small and have a small balcony but I think you can upgrade to bigger. We only use it to sleep and wash so we didn’t mind. Sea view have the sun in the afternoon and sunset which is lovely. The hotel seems to have more European visitors than English which we found unusual as we like a chat around the pool and in the bars but wasn’t able to as we have on other holidays. It was mainly French, Italian and German guests I think. In the general I’d say this is a really lovely hotel. The food is very good, the drinks are too. There’s entertainment if you want to join in and if not many areas to relax and sunbathe. There’s 2 big pools and one baby. One pool was heated then suddenly not. Possibly going into new season. Outside the back of hotel the beach isn’t great, it’s rocky as it’s a windsurf area but it’s brilliant to sit and watch for a change of scenery. There are sandy beaches 5 mins walk either way. There are lots of bars and restaurants out there too. I was a bit disappointed that once the ‘allocated’ real Baileys had run out then there was no more until the next day??? Also the pool towel situation. You pay €15 to hire a towel. Keep your receipt and definitely ask for and keep your card transaction receipt too, if you want it refunded back to your account. I paid by card but wasn’t given a card receipt so I was refunded in euros which I wasn’t happy about. Ended up argui

Location great, staff great. Food very poor, rooms small and hotel full of older people (boomers). Lines to go for Breakfast and dinner. Not enough beds at the pool, resort to small for the amount of people. Overall i do not understand what is bringing al the people to Tenerife; to busy, small resorts for a huge amount of people. Food is really poor in the area Costa Adeje etc. Really don't know why some people say there is good food in the area, probably British people what have the worst cuisine in the world. Tenerife nature is oke but not spectaculair, if you want to enjoy the sun and have some normal food and do like max 1/2 excursions i suggest you go to Turkey; way more cheaper and better food and more luxe. Really Tenerife didnt convince me in any way. Only i can prefer Cicar as car rental. Rest is nothing special in Tenerife.

The food was excellent! The staff was helpful and kind. We really liked outdoor activities- especially water polo and watervolly. Evening entertainment was full of joy and professional shows.

Well done Las Palmeras, thank you for a wonderful holiday, the restaurants offered a wonderful choice, do try the Italian and Japanese they are great. The hotel and outside areas was spotlessly clean, well maintained and well organised. The staff from the top to the bottom was always polite, helpful and often went over and above the call of duty to be of help. Damion and his reception staff became like "old friends" after a couple of days. Thank you to all at Las Palmeras, take care of each other and hope to see you next year.
