For the Price it was what I paid for. It's an older property and shows it. If you what nicer pay for it. It worked for me!!

It is a very good price, i like the easy access and the air condition ...the manager was very kind.perfect place to simply get some rest and shower.

Centrally located and comfortable, just what was needed for a night.
Walking distance to restaurants and transportation.
In-room appliances were welcome.
I would stay here again

Couldn't get on the internet. No one answered the phone in the office when I called them. No Coffee to make in the room. Sheets were torn. Floor very dirty between sink stand and shower. Bed creaked every time you got in and out of bed or turned in the bed. Probably is our last stay
at Budget Inn.

The room was not so hot. They try to make it better by switching our rooms. That helps but the place needs a lot of TLC

The worst service ever on top of he charged two deposits and keeped them both the manager is rude and disrespectful i recommend no one stay at the budget inn

It was good for it's purpose. Just needed somewhere cheap to sleep for the work week. Homeless in the dumpster next to the room was loud one night. Was able to park my work van directly out of my front door which is a bonus. Mattress could use an upgrade. All in all it served its purpose.

The room was better than I expected. The office was totally locked up and the check-in was done through a small window. I would stay there again if I was in the area.
