Best location and staffs. Normal breakfast but good. So close from the tram station from the airport.

We loved loved loved this hotel. Clean, comfiest bed we've had in a hotel and the staff was truly amazing. The location is a 10/10. Next to Topping book store and walking distance to all the sights. Also a great hotel for those working or travelling for business. We had to work at the hotel and the WiFi was excellent.

First of all, it's a hotel that's very close to the train station and there's also a nice shopping mall nearby. Secondly, the bed in the hotel is soft and comfortable, and the reception staff is also very friendly! The fly in the ointment is that the air conditioner in the room can not adjust the temperature quickly, and it is a little cold to sleep at night. The variety of breakfast is also a little monotonous, but the value for money is still very good

This is probably the worst Bonvoy hotel I have ever stayed and I do travel quite often for business. They gave me a room which they say has a courtyard view, but the window is facing another wall about 2 meters, so No view at all for that high price. When I requested to change the room, one agent saying again it’s courtyard ( even pointing the hotel name Courtyard), of course they didn’t change my room. The room smells and they don’t provide bottle of water. …

Excellent location & transportation but the baggages take by hand maybe some walking ladders not flat floor

Overall a lovely hotel. Comfortable rooms and nice, helpful staff. However, the current building work in reception/ lobby/restaurant area made for a busy and constrained situation particularly during breakfast service.

The room is fantastic, service is great. Location is in the town centre and also close to the Onmi centre, which you can have delicious buffet at night. My package comes with the breakfast, the breakfast is great, but would be great if they have hot chocolate for child.

Bathroom not clean and the design of the basin is quite strange not user friendly. The room was cold and we asked for two more quilt, they give the quilt and cover separately, we need to insert them.

The room was large, well located, and the bed was soft. It is because of such advantages that I chose this hotel again. However, the room service was very poor, which made me very dissatisfied. I knocked on the door many times and asked me when to check out or renew my stay. I paid for an extra four hours at the front desk and told me that I would check out at 4 pm, but during this period, the attendant kept knocking on the door and asking, which seriously affected my mood. Very close to new St James Square shopping Compound and Prince street within walking distance

A pleasant stay, just not a big room and the single beds are too close together. The staff were very welcoming and anything missing could be asked for at the reception, I will stay there again next time I have the chance!

Great location nice hotel easy to find near playhouse the shopping center is just opposite convenient for shopping
