Great location just next to train station, near to Royal mile, Edinburgh castle, Victoria Street etc. Only problem was hair dryer quite old n sticky.

Perfect location and view. Nice service. Good price. I will book this place again if I need to stay in Edinburgh.

Nice hotel, great location, highly recommended

酒店的地理位置極佳，出口火車站，步行3分鐘到。還是拍照打卡的地方，住在別人的風景裏，感覺很好！最重要的是到愛丁堡，美術館網紅步行幾分鐘可達。有點貴是真的。愛丁堡的酒店普遍很貴。

1、房間有蜘蛛； 2、選的基礎雙人間，到店兩個人，要求一個人一晚再付20磅，問為什麼叫雙人間但衹讓住一個人，前台説雙人是雙人床，要住兩個人的話必須加錢； 3、有一説一攜程態度還可以，雖然沒有免掉兩個晚上一共40磅的額外費用，但也做了補償； 4、酒店地理位置可以，但是1600一晚沒有窗户沒有早餐，還不如加錢去好一點的。

After a enthusiastic and warm welcome, we registered already at 8 o'clock in the morning. Too early for a room available , but we were told that at around 12 o'clock a room should be available for us, instead of after the regular 15 o'clock and that our bags could stay in their locked luggage room until our return from the city. Super!! The room was nicely set at one of the outsides of the building, with windows looking out (partly) on the trains and Princessstreet gardens. A clean room and a new bathroom. While so close to Waverlystation, it was silent in the room. Waverly-station, Old-town and New-town are really on their doorstep. So many pubs, restaurants, coffee-houses and shops in the direct surroundings that it's difficult to choose. So, if we come back to Edinburgh, this hotel is definitely where we will stay again.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were comfortable and clean and staff were polite and helpful. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Edinburgh

Wonderful location for people without a car to explore the uniqueness of Edinburgh. Rooms are very clean, nothing extra-ordinary as expected for a hotel chain.

Check-in was quick and efficient. Room was adequate and perclfectly clean. The hotel ii a perfect spot. Two minutes from the train station and in the heart of edin My only gripe was that the coffee and tea in the room (of which there was plenty) was served in paper cups. Just not my thing.

I always enjoy My visits to Edinburgh and this was the 2nd time I had stayed at this Motel One and apart from the uninteresting view through the bedroom window and the small number of English speakjng stations on the TV I had another wonderful time in the Scottish capital.

We booked a double room. When we entered the room it was clean and nice but the view was looking onto a small outside area that was squared in by other rooms. Looking straight on to a building. I suffer with claustrophobia so I went straight to reception to see if we could get a better room with a view so I didn’t feel boxed in. The guys at the reception were brilliant, they went out of their way to juggle bookings around to release a room that was more than suitable. Thanks guys. Bar staff were very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere and decor of the reception and bar area is lovely. Excellent location and not over noisy considering the location being next to the train station. If we was to return to Edinburgh we would stay here again

Great hotel! Lovely rooms, right next to the train station but could barely hear the trains! Room super clean and tidy but no bin? Loved the blue sweets at the reception desk too super cute! Great staff very helpful would stay again!

An incredible location that is 5 mins to Waverley Station, approximately the same to the Royal Mile. Clean and neat rooms with inviting decor. A definite future choice when visiting Edinburgh
