This is your classic Good hotel with plenty of amenities. It is situated by the Edinburgh zoo and has a good bus access to the city centre. This place has a swimming pool, a sauna and a beautiful lobby with a bar. Smooth check in and check out process.

bed is a bit small, but still comfortable. quiet. The room has everything we need. it was a pleasant stay. location of the hotel is not close to the central area, but bus stop is just a door step, it is convenient to catch a bus to either go to the airport or the central area.

Overall we are satisfied with the stay. It was a little far from the city but we were attending a wedding nearby so it was the right choice :) The breakfast buffet spread was good we enjoyed it very much. We had the chance to use the sauna room and it was a great escape from the cold weather outside. As for the room, it was tastefully decorated. We thought it might be useful to replace the very classy trouser press machine with a small fridge although my husband found it useful with the trouser press XD Would recommend to those who want to visit the zoo nearby.

It's quiet far from the city centre. Getting a bus to the hotel is a challenge.

The front desk dealing was excellent. The hotel is at a very convenient location with ample bus service to city centre, u r not in a problem for this. Got 50 pc off for zoo visit. Absolutely family hotel n family environment. Food was also nice. Have really enjoyed my stay.

Great hotel for a family getaway in Edinburgh. Super breakfast and we really enjoyed using the pool

The place needs to be refurbished and renovated. We got the room overseeing the carpark. Things seems to be falling apart. They had a trouser press ( never seen or heard of this in all the places I have Travelled/ stayed). Sofa seems old and worn out too. Another minus was that we had to take stairs before getting to the lift ( bad idea for those travelling with luggages). Worse of all, was the breakfast. It was extremely salty, definitely not worth your taste bud!

It’s an excellent and most Memorable one in the hotel, the service was awesome, the meal was fantastic, the gym, pool and all experience was one of a kind, we met with Joan the pool tutor she even taught us how to swim💃💃❤️❤️. I will recommend here over and over again. We actually did not know we can use the hotel to have a discount at the zoo. Next time we will read more about it all. A very lovely views also in the room 💃💕💕 Thank you Holiday inn 😍😍😍🥰❤️❤️❤️

該酒店在愛丁堡區內，相對房間比較多，因此會有旅行團入住。但離市區較遠，幸好附近有幾條巴士路線來往市區，車次亦很密。 酒店提供的免費車位不多，如果車位爆滿，便要前往Edinburgh Zoo的付費停車場。 酒店有提供自助早餐，如在入住時預訂，只須GBP12.50，如即時入座，則須GBP14.95。 酒店水準一般，不知是否當天較多客人入住，走廊有不少紙屑，但第二天已打掃乾淨。 總括而言，不過不失。

地點不錯，坐Airlink 100路車直達。早餐還可以，毛巾較軟，服務整體也不錯，我凌晨三點多到的在前台就可以寄存行李，然後説是下午3:00入住，10:00多鍾就收到了旅館的訊息，説是可以辦理了，而且附近房間清潔的領班就是因為來自香港的女士對我的環境提出的具體問題很快就做出了反應，而且親自確認問題是否解決。 如果是説酒店的設施環境和房間，那就是差的不能再差了，幾乎是我迄今住過的各國所有的假日快捷酒店最差的，房間小傢俱舊，我要的大床沒有，單人床一個翻身可能就跌下去。大堂和走廊的地毯水跡斑斑，我個人感覺是相當噁心。不知叫旅店的總部對這家酒店有沒有投資維修設備更新，如果沒有的話，我要呼籲一下，這是為了更好的服務住客，也是更好的維護假日酒店的整體信譽
