I had a nice stay, there was just a weird smell in the room. Also as it was saterday night, the street was veryy noisy, you could hear everything from the room

Good hotel. A bit of construction work when I was staying there, didn’t appreciate that.

Die Lage des Hotels ist top, keine Frage, aber für das Geld hätte das Zimmer sauberer sein können. Im Bad lagen noch Haare herum, im Zimmer lagen cm hohe Staubschichten, für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel nicht akzeptabel! Im Kühlschrank waren keine Getränke vorhanden, für die NH Kette ist mir sowas unbekannt!

酒店走路去杜塞爾多夫中心火車站10 多分鐘，門口打的方便。早餐還不錯。離國王大道近，購物走路10分鐘。就是展會期間貴很多了。

駅から近くスーパーも近いのでとても便利でした。 スタッフの方も親切でとても快適に過ごすことができました。 いつでも飲める水があったのもよかったです。

商務出差，當地朋友推薦的酒店，地理位置非常好，周邊出行方便，商店、景點、風情步行可達，下次繼續入住哦。

Prima hotel, locatie voor dagje Dusseldorf is meer dan prima. Interne parking is wat klein voor een SUV, maar fijn dat de mogelijkheid er is. Wij hadden een standaard kamer, deze zijn wel klein. Overigens verder prima en alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig welke je nodig bent. Al met al raden wij dit hotel aan.

Clean, safe, helpful staff, good breakfast. Easy walking distance to train station & Old Town. Would stay again.

Very clean, convenient locacation close to everything and staff pleasant

I booked through ******* for 3 nights the NH Düsseldorf Konigalee , and was confirmed in USD. Upon checking out I was told rates our quoted in Euros even when my credit card had US currency. I requested tween room (2 beds).in fact there were 2 beds connected like double bed . I missed coffee maker in my room which is standard nowadays. The staff is polite and welcoming. Hotel location is central and near public transportation.

Pillows had no internal stuffing were like rags, shower was cold no hot water. Breakfast was like an out of stock shop. Room was hot from a radiator with no control had to have window open as AC cooling was off. Loud outside window. Left a day earlier than I paid for.

Stay at this hotel frequently. Very comfortable. Disappointed this time as WiFi was not available in my room upon arrival and was still not fixed 5 days later. Staff seemed unconcerned about this

Conveniently located, only a 3 minutes walk to Königsallee and not too far from Altstadt. Room, although small, is well-equipped, clean and silent, bed is very good. Only one con: there is no AC in the room, with the 30C temperature that was really missing. Breakfast buffet is abundant, staff is very friendly though too occupied (adding 1 or 2 people would help them a lot). Overall I am very satisfied, would return definitely, the free parking was a very nice surprise.

Our suite on the 5th floor was spacious but the bed was not comfortable. Breakfast was average. Pros: location and proximity to shops and restaurants.
