Für Getränke und Snacks steht ihnen in der Lobby, wie auch schon in vielen anderen Hotels detr NH GROUP, ein 24/7 Shop mit einer grossen Auswahl zur Verfügung. Die dort erworbenen Produkte können sie dann im Zimmer in der Minibar kühl lagern. Ihr Feedback zur Sauberkeit im Zimmer haben wir an unsere Reinigungsfirma weitergegeben und achten bei Kontrollen verstärkt darauf. Für den Zustand möchten wir uns entschuldigen.
