was an amazing experience. The hotel's beautiful design and well-maintained facilities offered a luxurious and comfortable retreat. What made my visit truly special were the female staff members who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was unforgettable. Despite the rain, their warm smiles and friendliness turned the day into a memorable one. Add to that the hot spring experience, and it was a perfect combination for a relaxing getaway. Front desks were very friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Comfortable beds. Smart bidet and Dyson hairdryer. Breakfast could have included yogurt but overall is sufficient.

Room decoration is nice, but TV doesn't work. The recption at the lobby looks a bit old. Staff are nice and helpful. Many restaurants nearby if you are fancy of local (sichuan) food. Otherwise, western cuisine at the hotel is nice but is pricey though

Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support. I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them. In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper. Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.

Really good trip, nice hotel, nice view and nice staff

The hotel is nicely located and the staff is very friendly. There was an English speaking staff member who was available at all times and helped us with every need. She also made great recommendations for day trips and was very kind and friendly. The rooms were nice, though not that well thought through but it is nice for a short stay.

來出差，和同事臨時訂了這間民宿。淡季免費給升級了房型，房間舒適，隔音效果好，智能家裝。服務也非常到位，晚安甜湯，歡迎水果，去高鐵站忘了拿東西，打電話提醒，幫忙拿到門口。住了大概一週，非常滿意，下次還會來。
