Le service de réception n'est pas bien formé au checkin... Explication compliqué à l'arrivée. Chambre correcte et spacieuse. Effectivement, nous entendons les boîtes de nuit, mais étant prévenue et tolérant, ce n'est pas dérangeant.

The location is best if you want to walk around the centre. Other positive points are its overall clean and reasonably priced. Is is reasonably priced because everything is out of date and it runs a club downstairs. You will hear loud music till early morning. So its best to avoid over the weekend or if you can sleep with earplugs. I hadn't read the reviews, but ours was a short trip and our main goal was to see Dublin as much in 2 days as we could. So even though we could not sleep well due to the noise, Dublin was nice and friendly to keep us happy. Thank you Ireland. We'll come again but unless desperate not to Russell Court. Happy Christmas.

it’s a great hotel I love the rooms/ furniture etc but on the occasion the fire alarm went off twice in the night and woke me up both times, it wa son for only seconds so clearly a false alarm but I was awakened and first time couldn’t get back to sleep for ages… so not a restful night at all (and I don’t mind the general party/ nightclub sounds/noise they have that’s fine, the alarm was not)

Very good location, near city center, shopping and parks, short walk to tram and bus stops. Would have enjoyed it more if I was young adult looking to party - Harcourt street is a party street with abundant night life and variety of choices. Beware of famous night club literally adjacent to the hotel, open and crowded 7 days a week until 2:30 AM with loud dance music nd loud people having a good time. Hotel provided earplugs :) - very considerate of them. Building is historical, also meaning accommodations are last century, which, if you are into it - you might enjoy, (with 2 electrical outlets in entire room, no usb ports, separate hot and cold water faucets, slanted "stationery" desk, etc). Staff was friendly and accommodating, simple breakfast of croissants and selection of teas, milk and instant coffee was provided daily and satiating enough to start the day.

I booked here for the weekend as was running the Dublin marathon and it was close to the start line. I was aware of the nightclub and the hotel put us in the third floor. This made no difference at all. The music was vibrating through the place until 2:30 am. The rooms were clean, however the bathroom was very dated. The location was great. However I would not stay here again due to the noise. I'm sure this would suit young partygoers but not for a relaxing stay.

Staff is very helpful. The lift is tiny. Our stay on a Thursday night was not too noisy.

If you rent a car, there is no parking close by. 10 minute walk at least to car park. The area can be kinda sketchy late night and early morning.

As many have already noted, the hotel is adjacent to a very loud bar/disco/event space. It is very, very noisy. So if it is quiet you seek, don't stay here. I knew this in advance, however, and asked for their quietest room. They gave me a room on the 3rd floor and with ear plugs at night, I slept comfortably. The location is fabulous. Easy walk to Fiddler's Green. Staff were kind, calling cabs, carrying my bags. Fruits and coffee/teas in morning rush. If you are budget-minded, this is a good choice in Dublin.

Vibrating room from noise. Other guests dialing your phone at 4am "just a prank bro." Dreadful food. Hot water takes 5 minutes to start running warm. No control over heating or cooling the room. You won't sleep, you won't enjoy, you will not be comfortable. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Nice hotel, close to city center.
