Really good service from the front desk, my hotel room was quite big, had a washing machine and small kitchen. This hotel was quite convenient to where I needed to be, also quite close to the airport. Recommended.  by the way, the roof deck pool view is very cool. 

My favorite hotel in Dubai, you will feel like home. Only issue is the windows are not so soundproof so if your room is near the road side you will hear the cars flashing fast

Hotel is not easy to find. No signs are given and most of the people land at the opposite hotel and everyone knows it. Less information is given on any channels in this regard. Breakfast is reasonable for the Marriott standards. Very simple with limited options.

First of all I would like to tell during my stay I realized how staff really affect the overall experience and satisfaction of the guest. I came to hotel and found everything ready for me like my home because of retika who took care of everything thank you retika for your kind welcome and assistance you really made our day. I think retika should be available in every hotel :) Honestly speaking all the staff are kind and always smiling . The hotel is very very clean, breakfast does not have much choices but what is available are of great taste. Thanks residence inn for everything .

房間很大，衞生也不錯，去展館去dubal mall 機場都很近，早餐比較普通，門口還有小陽台，服務員態度也不錯，蠻好的。

很好，定了10天後續訂了一天，帶廚房和洗衣服，很方便。

還可以的，不過丟東西了，聯繫起來比較麻煩

I would give Residence Hotel by Marriott, Al Jaddaf 1000/10 stars!! ✨✨✨ There is honestly Not One single fault from the beginning of my stay to the end that can I can mention. Residence Inn is the main reason why my stay in Dubai was so memorable and filled with happy memories and positive vibes , as from the minute I made a reservation with Ms Temnit, everything was so smooth ,friendly. Her kind demeanor made her feel as if she was my long time friend, she made sure that I was pleased from the get go, and went the farthest to ensure my happiness. Ms Heida and the front desk are always very helpful and considerate. Ms Frauke, Director of the hotel, is so down to earth and connects with the guests on a personal level. She has such an amicable personality, and is constantly seen during the breakfast, making sure that we are all happy and listens to every single need no matter how big or how small. Speaking of breakfast, you will not find a fresher, more delicious , wide array of a delicious breakfast buffet. Also the most wonderful team I have ever met , head by Mr. Pankaj and his colleagues, including Ms Sarah and Mr. Silver, who are the most kind, gentle , caring and patient people I have ever met in any hotel in the world that I have ever stayed in. Housekeeping is top notch ! And not a single fault ! All thanks to Ms. Janet and her great management of her wonderful, kind, professional housekeeping team. In addition of course to comfortable beds , spacious kitchen, complete with all amenities, everything was running smooth and professional without even me having to mention anything. And as if it couldn’t get any better, they planned a pleasant surprise which made us so happy when we came back at night to our room to find that they had arranged a special surprise for me and my husband for our wedding anniversary. My kids were so delighted, and I was beyond words ! When I return to Dubai, there is no way I would ever consider staying at another hotel, and I strongly advise anyone who wants to have a relaxing trip and a good time to book a room here so they won't have any worries or issues at all. I want to express my sincere gratitude to Marriot and Residence Inn for such a fantastic staff to maintain this hotel's position as the best in the world. I genuinely believe that everyone here is family, and I’m certain that my needs are being watched after and met in a manner that is both 100% welcoming and professional.

The stay I had at this hotel was excellent. The service is impeccable, both from reception and bar staff. I highly recommend staying here. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast is really varied and very tasty, the pool space is quiet. It has a gym that works 24 hours a day. I felt very comfortable in this hotel and I would 100% return.

Residence Inn by Marriott Al Jaddaf!! It’s in a medical precinct. Quite isolated from the main tourist attractions and quite close to the airport. While dining options are very limited within walking distance, it’s not an inconvenient location being just a 15 minute taxi ride from the old town and the business district. We stayed here just for one night prior to our departing flight. And as it’s not an overly popular hotel, the chances of a late check out being granted is high. We had a 2 bedroom serviced apartment. Everything is new and well equipped. The accommodation can’t be faulted and I’m not sure you would find serviced apartments of similar quality at this price point anywhere else. There’s also an excellent view of the cityscape from the property. Staff are great and the breakfast spread is plentiful. I’d certainly recommend this hotel!! i was here at this place and had THE BEST fries i’ve eaten till date… I’ve visited way many top notch places but being a fries person i’m obsessed with the fries i had here Service was spot on from Mr.Hamdy ... Beautiful vibe at night with the humble chef jeram

Hotel apartment had bugs all over the place, in the sitting area, kitchen and bathrooms! This requires continuous monitoring and pest control. When I discovered this issue the management felt sorry and offered partial refund for the remaining stay instead of taking a serious action and offering a room change or to provide any other support! Unfortunately next time I should think twice before staying in any Marriott hotels as this is completely un acceptable! If you care about your family health avoid staying at this hotel until this serious bug issue is solved! Hotel rooms which are facing the highway are too noisy and window insulation is too poor for this building, I have stayed at many other hotels on Sheik Zayed road and never had this noise issue. Rooms which are facing the back side are currently noisy due to major construction adjacent to the hotel. Breakfast is fair, not many options but over all acceptable. Pool area was small, hot tub water was cold and towels smelled bad! Last to mention hotel staff are friendly but I don’t think they were serious about the bugs issue specially I have young kids, all what was said to me “we feel sorry” I don’t think sorry will sort the issue!
