Spacious 1+1 flat-style rooms, prime location, and friendly service provide excellent value in Dubai Marina

Pretty good hotel. Feels like a bit old, but the service is at high level, stuff is very friendly and tries to make you stay as perfect as possible. Wide selection of food at breakfast. As a downside, false fire alarm triggered three times during our stay for about 5 seconds, and the stuff told us that it was probably someone cooking or smoking in a room nearby, and that they couldn’t do anything about it.

It was an good experience at Pearl Marina Hotel. The room, service and the surrounding atmosphere was good for both of us.

Апартаменты отличные ,все необходимое есть, нашли только один минус - вода была с маленьким напором и периодически не шла горячая вода. А так все отлично, расположение очень удобное.

位於港口步行區域生活機能方便，飯店雖然不是很新但是很乾淨衛生，有個小遺憾就是泳池太小看起來就像是一個浴缸而已。

Отель расположен в пешей доступности от метро DMCC. Номер просторный, есть все необходимое, включая кухню, микроволновку, стиральную машину.Мы чувствовали себя как дома.Рекомендуем.

I always booked in this hotel every time I go Dubai. Marina walk is at your doorstep and Marina beach is walking distance from the hotel accessible to ll, spa, groceries , restaurant, and all staff are very friendly. This is a good hotel and value for money. Highly recommended

What a great hotel. Fab location next to the Marina We arrived at 7am and were lucky enough to be able to leave our bags in reception and use all the facilities until we were given our room early at midday by Mohsin. Room was a one bedroom apartment on the 7th floor over looking the marina. The room is fabulous with all mod cons and loads of room. We have been given fresh bottle water every day and the room is spotless ,house keeping do a wonderful job. All the staff are fantastic and make the hotel extra special. In the morning we go to the pool and we are met by Fazan who provides fresh pool towels gree of charge as part of thr hotel ,which you can also take to the beach. He will take time every morning to ask our plans then provide wonderful advice on how to get there and what to do to make the most of our day what a true gentleman,he does this just so you have a fab time Fazan has made our experience of Dublai amazing. I would definitely return to this hotel ,not just for it's location just 15 minutes to the beach and the Metro ,but most of all because of the wonderful staff.

Travelling for business, I've been living there for 25 nights. Very clean, the staff is very kind, professional and very supportive for any guest's need (special mention to Mohsin and Mohni at the reception and Taffazul as room maid). Top!
