The location is perfect, there's a shuttle bus from the resort to MOE and Dubai mall if you wish to save some for the travel expense. The food is great. I wish we could still eat more at the buffet but just got really full. The people were very helpful. I could say that the service is great actually. Keep it up guys! I would definitely recommend this resort.

這是我住過最糟糕的酒店，管理混亂，大廳各種銷售人員，完全和2500價格一晚價格的酒店不符。對華人辦理入住非常冷漠，（在本人口語交流沒問題的情況下，黑色制服前台全程不耐煩，入住辦理故意讓華人等三個小時，後到的幾批次白人客人全部提前入住。該酒店也是我第一次遇到，需要視線好不住尾房需要付800迪拉姆一日的附加費用！由於帶着小朋友無奈入住，結果因為在一樓，主卧被子又濕又冷，打電話衹給了一個臟兮兮黃色毛毯！卧室燈也是壞的，真的差到不行。同時再次特別感謝攜程工作人員，全程幫助我們第一時間站在我們的角度與酒店溝通。為我們解決困難，非常感動！（以下圖片，可以看到房間外圍沒有任何保護，就是正對大馬路，完全沒有任何私隱和安全性！）

早餐很棒，且開放至11點，享受一線海景。但前台沒有公共打印機，我們打印去歐洲的機票訊息需要郵件發送酒店且多次反覆説沒收到。這點跟雅樂軒和艾美比就沒有這麼方便，體驗感差。酒店多歐洲客人，游泳池和沙灘很棒。

國內四星的水準都不如，餐食非常簡單難吃！房間小，像公寓房，熱水壺還是壞的漏水，一晚上連口熱水都沒有喝上，這麼貴的價格，booking上是四星，攜程定為五星，這品控是怎麼做的！！差差！
